Superb 30m2 apartment with a 16m2 terrace, contemporary decoration, very refined, sunny, air-conditioned, renovated, in the heart of the seaside resort of Lavandou. Located in a quiet street with private and secure parking. Put your bags down and do everything on foot. The Grande Plage is 200m away on foot as well as the bars and restaurants. All shops available at the foot of the building.
The apartment consists of a kitchen open to the living room with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room consists of a bay window in brick partition, a large lcd screen, a large sofa for 2 people, a tv cabinet with storage, wifi internet box.
A bathroom with a large 70x120 shower with 4-jet shower columns, towel dryer, cabinet with drawer sink.

A dressing room with wardrobe and shelves with led as well as a washing machine.
The bedroom has a window with a 200x140 bed with an LCD TV on the wall.

Very large and beautiful terrace of 16M2 with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, with garden furniture and a dining table. The sun is present from 3 p.m. until sunset.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et bien agencé. La proximité des restaurants et de la plage est vraiment très appréciable.
