Spacious cottage (construction 2015) comfortable for 12 people.
Situation:
The location of the cottage is ideal for those looking for the countryside by the sea. The ocean is 500 meters away and many small beaches are nearby. Discovery of the wild coast and its customs trails.
The accommodation offered is very close to major tourist towns on the sea side, La Baule with its sandy beach, Le Croisic and its wild coast, Piriac-sur-mer, Guérande (Medieval city) and its salt marshes and pleasant small towns next to the Vilaine like the medieval town of La Roche Bernard.
La Brière thatched cottages have many attractions as well as typical small markets (Kerhinet) whose stalls offer regional products. The Briere Regional Natural Park has some great boat and carriage rides for you.
Oyster farming and mussel farming are important in this sector, offering the possibility of buying fresh produce on site. Shore fishing offers a parent-child activity. Nearby, discover the salt marshes (Bassin du Mès).

Equipment: Fridge-freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Oven, Microwave, induction hob, HD TV, Extractor hood, Central heating, Electric shutters.
Cot and baby equipment on request.
Not included sheets, bathroom and household linen. Possibility of option for rental of bed linen and towels as well as a cleaning option for Weekend.
Week from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. no cleaning option.
Weekend on arrival day 4 p.m. and departure day 4 p.m.

Proximity: Pizzeria and bread sale 1 km away at the Bar de la Marine. Sale of seafood. Small general food, pharmacy, post office and medical office in Assérac 6 km

Nous venons de passer un week-end en famille, à notre arrivée nos hôtes nous entendaient. Très bon accueil, avec un cadeau de bienvenue. Les photos correspondaient au logement avec sa grande pièce de vie, sa cuisine très bien équipée. De belles chambres spacieuses, ainsi que les salles de bain. Sans oublier la mer et sa plage à proximité, pas besoin de sortir la voiture.

Maison très bien conçue pour un week-end avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. (8 adultes et 4 enfants) La mer et les sentiers côtiers sont juste à côté, plein de beaux sites à visiter : la Roche Bernard, Guérande et la Brière...et même si la météo de cette fin avril n'était pas super, nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques!

Tout était parfait pour ce trop court séjour dans cette maison particulièrement bien conçue, confortable, sobrement mais élégamment décorée et bien sûr bien située..
