Renovated fisherman's house, 120 m² on 4 levels, bright, in a quiet little street 2 minutes from the center, the port, the market, the fish market, the casino, the tennis courts, the beach and its seaside activities. Everything is done on foot. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, freezer, TV, DVD player, internet wi-fi ... 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Living room, dining room, American kitchen, TV lounge. Rental only in August and exceptionally for the Easter holidays.

Sensationelle Lage, zu teuer für gebotenen Komfort, erheblicher Renovierungsstau im Haus.

Aufenthalt war nach anfänglicher Gewöhnungsphase an das Haus sehr schön. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum ist zum Verlieben. Das Haus besitzt erheblichen Renovierungsstau, der dem Vermieter auch schon kommuniziert wurde. Er hat Besserung gelobt. Insgesamt akzeptabel und vorallem schöner Ort..

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de vous accueillir et d’échanger avec vous sur les améliorations que vous aimeriez dans notre maison. Son style un peu trop bohème à votre goût a finit par vous charmer . Mais je tiendrai compte de vos remarques intéressantes. Quand au prix, comme vous avez pu le constater par vous même, il correspond à la moyenne (basse) constatée à cet endroit et à cette période . L’essentiel étant que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour. Bien cordialement.

Lage wie erwartet praktisch und schön für Strand- und Städtchen, Vermieter sehr freundlich/hilfsbereit/gut erreichbar, Haus etwas abgenutzt, mit einigen Improvisationen, erschien uns für "fremde" Gäste nicht so gebrauchsfreundlich/komfortabel, drei der sieben Schlafplätze befinden sich im Souterrain, was fairerweise in der Anzeige erwähnt werden müsste, für den vorhandene Komfort zu teuer

Hello Esther, Sorry that our house did not suit you completely. Our layout is not the standard IKEA one finds in a hotel, it's a typical fisherman's house and that's what makes it so charming. But having 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets (1 on each floor), for a house of this size is rather comfortable. There's a double bedroom on the second floor, a 3-bedded room on the 1st floor, and a double bedroom in "between floors" (so it sleeps only 2), which isn't exactly a basement since it has a window. What's more, it's pictured on the site and its position has been made clear to you during our exchanges.As for the rate, if you've chosen it, it's because you've noticed that it's very competitive for comparable accommodation in this exclusive location. Nous avons passé des vacances d'été très agréable dans cette maison toute blanche. Juste à côté de la plage, à deux pas de tous les commerces et du port, nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture de tout notre séjour (heureusement car en été c'est vraiment difficile de se garer). À chaque étage sa chambre et sa salle de bains, ce qui donne une impression d'indépendance et avec des ados , c'était bien appréciable . Le salon-salle à manger-cuisine est très clair et permet à tous ce petit monde de se retrouver pour déjeuner ou pour dîner . On reviendra !
