Best spot in Orange Beach with a boat slip at a reasonable price. Stay here every time we visit highly recommend if you have a boat and need a slip or if you have kids , awesome lazy river and water slides and multiple pools

Half of the TVs were not hooked up and a big part of getting this condo was because it had a jacuzzi tub but as soon as we turned it on a whole bunch of black mold came rushing out of the ports so u can tell it is not being cleaned properly . They also don't tell u . U will need to purchase a parking pass just to park at the condo u already rented but other than that everything was as expected

Overall, it was a fun trip with a great host, aside from a few housekeeping issues. Nearly every dish or utensil we used had to be hand-washed before use because of old food residue. The floors throughout the condo also needed a thorough mopping, as walking around barefoot for just a few minutes would leave your feet completely black. Additionally, the Jacuzzi-style tub in the master bathroom had a broken handle when we arrived. Since the handle was already removed and left next to the sink, the issue had been discovered before our stay and should have been repaired prior to our arrival. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at the Phoenix on the Bay many times over the years and the facility itself was great as always. It is getting older but the property is well maintaned on the outside by the lazy river etc. This unit was not good. We came down to stay see family and enjoy the first weekend of the football season. We left 2 days early and spent the rest of our trip at families house near by because the TV's were not working. We did finally reach someone with Liquid Life and although they sent a tech out to figure out the TV situation it only worked for that afternoon and then stopped working again. The bedroom TV's were never fixed. Whatever cable system they are using in that place is not good. We could not even get the TV's to let us put our own streaming accounts on them. Also, honestly the beds were terrible. They were both very uncomfortable. They need replaced desperately. This unit was clean, but extremely bare bones. Anyone coming to stay had better plan on a major trip to Publix to buy everything....even salt and pepper. They did provide a very limited supply of TP. papertowels etc. so we were not out immediately, but over all the experience was to say the least disappointing. We will come back to the Pheonix again, but probably not to this unit.

Spring Break retreat

My teen daughter and I spent a week here for her Spring Break. We’ve stayed in this same unit in the past. It was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed while there. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We’ll definitely be back in the future!
