1/2 Duplex with private driveway offstreet parking (2 cars adjacent 20' from front door). 1300 s.f. , Kitchen for those who love cooking (Gas stove, granite counters, great appliances). Just 16 minutes to the Columbus Zoo! 5 Min. to OSU. 1 block to route 315. Six mins. to downtown Columbus. 1/2 block to the peaceful Olentangy Bike/Walking trail access. Whole interior recently rehabbed. Open 1st floor, 65" flatscreen, 2 king beds. Great location for looking for well appointed temp housing. Immediate access to route 315 /OSU Campus, Columbus sporting and concert events. A plethora of nearby breweries, art galleries, local restaurants, and furniture stores all within a short walk, scooter ride. High speed Wi-Fi. Hospital/ occasional emergency vehicles/sirens. White noise machines and back bedroom work great for most, Let us know if you need both sides of the house to double up for your stay.

Great communication from host and cleaner. Busy road. Backing out of parking spot was tricky at times. Air conditioners and sound machine helped with noice at night. Stairs to second floor are steep. Bathroom on second floor. Worked OK for our family.

Very clean, nicely furnished location! Super easy check in and great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay! Our only note would be, this is located on a major road so road noises are considerable if you happen to be a light sleeper - but they do have a white noise machine! Overall lovely stay!

Christmas week—we stayed at this wonderfully clean and well-provisioned twin and we would stay here again. It’s close to our kids & grandkids so we were only really sleeping here. This is a very clean place. And the beds are really comfortable. There’s some street noise but that is easily solved by using your cell phone and playing some ocean waves/white noise. Highly recommend!

Easy booking and check in/out process, the place is so cute and comfortable! We stayed for a concert at Ohio Stadium, so it’s a great location. The beds are SUPER comfy, I even asked where they were from.

This is our second vacation rental. We love hosting folks from outside the area as well as locals who need a getaway for a couple of nights.

Why they chose this property

This house has a cohesive look because it was redesigned and remodeled all at the same time. It has a gray and white theme with lots of open space on the first floor and we strive to make a relaxing and clean calming vibe to the place. We also really like to cook when we travel so we outfitted the kitchen recognizing some others might enjoy having a gas cooktop, generous refrigerator, and plenty of hardware to cook up a storm.

What makes this property unique

The location puts you minutes from the action on high street, downtown, OSU campus, the short north or large venues you want to access from route 315. You can be on route 315 in 30 seconds when you leave the driveway.
