Perfect House!

Stayed with my siblings and their families and it was perfect! 3 full bathrooms make any vacation so much easier. The house is nicely sectioned so that kids can sleep away from the noise of the main living room. The outside space is great for all purposes and the walk to the public beach is an easy quarter mile. We also especially enjoyed the Sailing Cow! Will be back next summer!

Reunion #1 to be continued.

We loved the house. Plenty of room for our small family reunion of 6. One of the reasons for going to the Cape was to do the bike trail. Access was so near it was perfect to load and unload our bikes at the trail. Steve was very helpful and informative. Only a text away. Definitely will stay again.

We had a bring our own sheets and towels. Slow draining bathroom sink, hot water was too hot scalding if not careful, wetness under kitchen sink. Spoke to owner about these things.

I thank the guest for the 4 stars. I pride myself on being quick to do repairs as quickly as possible and have an excellent reputation for doing so. The guest did not mention the water being too hot or the slow drainng bath sink (2 easy fixes if you are made aware), until near the very end of their vacation. If you any problem arise at my homes just give a call. I am easy to reach and RESPOND QUICKLY!

Great Quiet Time Away

We had a great time. We went during the quiet season which was nice. Steve was very easy to work with and communicate with through the whole process. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Plenty of stores within driving distance. Cozy and clean. Nice little getaway.

A good family place

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out. It really was a 4 minute walk to the beach so we were able to go easily back and forth. The back yard is quite large so room for games. Easy parking. Mattresses not great in the bedrooms were an issue for sleeping as was a very noisy A/C unit upstairs. Having said that- I would rent again as the space was plentiful.
