This beautiful home has been completely updated! New master suite upstairs! Near everything Louisville has to offer!

Kitchen has everything you need to make this house feel like a home. Keurig coffee maker, all pots/pans/baking items/flatware/dinnerware included. Large refrigerator, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher.

High speed wireless internet.

Hardwood flooring throughout the home.

There are 2 large first floor KING bedrooms, with a full bath steps down the hall. Luxury towels and essential bath items included. Large tub/shower on first floor.

Large living room includes comfy sofa, my favorite huge sofa chairs and smart TV. You can also login to your NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon Prime.

Upstairs has your private master suite, with KING bed and new full bath. All new bedding, and extra pillows and blankets too.

Additional living room with smart TV and additional KING bed in basement!

Washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience.

Sound machines in all 4 bedrooms. Fall asleep to the sounds of rain, white noise, thunderstorm, or country meadow. Sleep tight!

We were in town for the big livestock show so the location of the house was perfect. The house was clean and the pictures were accurate. Very responsive as well when we asked questions. Would stay here again next year if available.

Great Location - Quiet Neighborhood

We had a great stay and it was so close to the Expo Center. Accommodations were everything we needed to relax after a long day at the show. King beds in every room were very comfortable. I was a little worried about the small air conditioner in the upstairs primary but it cooled us nicely. Kitchen had the basics needed to prepare meals. We loved the outdoor deck for BBQ and sharing meals. Thank you!

Beautiful home!

John and Cyndi’s home is gorgeous, and spotless! It was spacious and very comfortable. We came to Louisville to tour some bourbon distilleries and this home was in a great location to do that. We also enjoyed two great restaurants on Main Street, Doc Crows and Patrick O’Sheas. John and cyndi thought of everything, there were many small touches and details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

The house is exactly as described! The kitchen was great for making family meals and had plenty of supplies. All of the rooms have everything you need and plenty of blankets and towels are provided. The basement has a Wii complete with Guitar Hero so we had some fun battles with the kids. The adults always lost! Large dining table for games and meals upstairs. The location was close to everything. We would stay here again!

Graduation weekend stay

Was glad we booked this rental for our weekend trip to Louisville for our daughter's graduation. The family was able to stay all in one place, convenient for many places around town. The only suggestion would be to perhaps have a door for the upstairs bedroom as the first floor 'noise' travels freely up the stairwell and to that sleeping location. Nice home - well kept with all the amenities that they have on their listing

Great home and modern layout. This is a 3 bedroom house. The 4th bed is in the unfinished basement which is just like any other unfinished basement....cold and damp. I advise booking 3 people maximum. No TV/cable service. Close to Expo Center and minutes from airport. Neighborhood is just ok. If your looking for a clean place to rest up for a week it’ll work well.

Hi Stephen, I'm disappointed that you were not totally happy with our home. There are 4 King beds and 2 full bathrooms, so there is plenty of room for up to 10, our listing also shows we provide an Queen air mattress, as most rental homes do. As for the TV/cable, the YELLOW binder in the dining room contained the wifi password for the internet and our streaming service provided by DirecTV Now. We also provide Netflix access. All if these services are on each of the three TVs. The YELLOW binder was key here and it seems not everyone had access to the rental agreement and the house amenities and policies. I am just truly disappointed that you did not have a great experience. John and I love this house and want everyone to go away thinking it was great. Obviously we did not get off to a great start, so if you decide to stay again, I will personally stop by and give you a full tour and show you all the extras we've put into this home. Excellent stay for weekend volleyball tournament!

We stayed here with 3 friends and their daughters for a volleyball tournament at the Expo. The proximity to the venue was excellent!! The communication from the host was great start to finish. The house was immaculate, felt safe, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Our girls enjoyed staying together for the weekend and there was enough room for us to retreat to our own spaces to rest comfortably. The basement space is nicer than the pics make it look. The bedroom and sitting area are separated by a door which would be so nice if you have someone that wants to stay up a little later. There is a large nice deck on the back of the house. We weren't there enough to utilize it but it was very welcoming. We would stay here again!

My family enjoyed our stay in Louisville and this house was perfect! It was a lovely house and was stocked with all we needed. The owner was very responsive. The location was close to downtown and also easy to access major roadways. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Weekend Stay with Group

Stayed at this property over a long weekend with a group of friends visiting the bourbon trail. This house was a great spot for us. We used the kitchen for most dinners, fire pit at night. 4 king beds was awesome for 7 dudes. Highly recommend. Aldi right across the street for groceries too was a plus.
