Welcome to our beautiful Louisville home, conveniently located just minutes away from major attractions and amenities! This newly remodeled property offers a peaceful retreat and is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

Please note: This property is NOT suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT THROUGHOUT YEAR.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a tranquil street.

Close to the intersections of I-264 & I-65.

Our spacious home features:

Bedrooms: 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, providing restful sleep for up to 10 guests.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with essential bath items and towels. The main floor bathroom boasts a large tub and shower.

Living Areas: A large living room with a smart TV and streaming options for your entertainment. There's also a large second living room in the recently remodeled basement.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, flatware, and dinnerware are provided.

Outdoor Space: Relax on the patio with a gas grill, adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and a table with chairs. The extended paver patio and spacious grassy backyard offer a great outdoor experience.

Laundry Facilities: A brand new Samsung washer and dryer in the basement, with detergents included.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with fast, reliable internet throughout the house.

Parking: Ample parking available on the premises.

Pack N Play: A Pack N Play is available for our younger guests.

Awesome place!

This house had everything and more for our stay! John was an incredible host & was super communicative during our stay. He even accommodated certain requests that benefited our group. The location was also super convenient and right by the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future!

Everything you need!

This cute little place checks ALL the boxes. The host is far and away the most responsive and thoughtful we have dealt with. The home was stocked with more than just the necessities and the location made it perfect for our Bourbon Trail experience. It’s obvious that the host’s goal is to go above and beyond - and our part of 6 couldn’t have been happier!

Perfect for a house full of teens

Property was very clean, and communication was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and use of the home. Nice, safe location, good neighbors. The only "issue" if you want to call it that, was the listing shows 3 king beds and 2 queen beds - one being shown in the basement living space. This is a sectional sofa, not a hide-a-bed. the actual description of the property does not list a 5th bed, so I should have asked for further clarification but again we had our teens with us and the sofa worked fine.

Wonderful home and great location!

The home was very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located to downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs. We rent at least 2-3 properties a year and this one is by far the best one stocked beyond general basic items. I.e. extra blanks, pillows, welcoming snacks and bottled water, toiletries in both bathrooms, laundry detergent, just to name a few. Pride in ownership shows in every detail. John was very responsive and easy to work with. With 6 children, 1 teenager and 2 adults, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. All beds were super comfortable and the couches in both living areas were comfortable. Great space inside and out. The backyard/outdoor space was excellent - beautiful maintained grass, that the kids loved playing on, outdoor dining area with umbrellas and a fire pit with extra seating - even lantern tiki torches that were very easy to use. Home is located on a very quite dead end street. Close to Wal-Mart, Target and Kroger. Only item I would caution on are the stairs. If you have a guest with mobility issues, the stairs may be a challenge. However, we had no problems with the stairs. Highly recommend this home and would book it again. Thanks John for opening your home and providing a wonderful place for our annual GramCamp!

Wonderful find in Louisville!

We usually stay in short term rentals when we travel. This house is one of the nicest and most well appointed places we have ever stayed. John has literally thought of everything to make this a home away from home. We were a family of 8 with kids ranging from 8-14. John is wonderful. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well(it was). He responded very quickly any time I had a question. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Cute, clean, well decorated house, responsive host - would happily stay here again.

Our host was very responsive to all inquiries, and I had a few. The house was clean, nicely decorated, exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely laid out (plenty of counter top space for meal prep); the coffee station was very much appreciated. Loved the patio and backyard - comfortable seating for 10, and lovely trees (including the next of baby birds). Bedrooms were cute, beds and pillows were comfy. There were two living rooms, both had great couches. Tech worked well. Driveway was sufficient for our 4 vehicles plus plus. House is just off a cul-de-sac, and was quiet. This was definitely one of the best value VRBO's we have rented, and will stay here again if we are in the area. We highly recommend!
