Light, bright, contemporary townhouse in a prime but quiet downtown location. Spectacular views of the Columbia River with floor to ceiling windows. Fully furnished with high quality furnishings, super comfy king beds, and gourmet kitchen.

Easy 2 block walk to downtown Hood River with tons of shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and two theatres. Just a bit further to the Waterfront with swimming, kayaking, fishing and wind sports in summer, or a 30 minute drive to ski resorts in winter.

Comfortably sleeps six. Three bedrooms with three king beds, 2 1/2 baths. Garage parking, deck, small yard.

You can be downtown in moments to visit your favorite brewery, eatery, or shopping spot. It is also a short walk to the railroad for a ride up the mountain side.The condo was clean, well stocked with everything we need to prepare meals for our stay, including Thanksgiving dinner. My family and I had a perfect stay at Brenda's downtown loft. The loft has incredible views and is clean and well appointed -- we had everything we needed. Communicating with Brenda was a breeze throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhome with gorgeous views and super convenient location. The whole rental was quite comfortable, including the beds. I just about never sleep well in beds other than my own, but slept well. It should be obvious from the listing photos, but in case it’s not, you must be comfortable with climbing stairs. One flight from the garage to the first floor with two bedrooms, and another flight up to the kitchen/living room and third bedroom. I’d love to stay here again.

Wonderful Christmas stay

We had a great holiday stay at the urban loft. Brenda had set up a Christmas tree for us and left a welcoming gift. The place had everything we needed and more; lots of room to celebrate a Christmas dinner and it was the perfect location for our daily trips to the mountain with our kids. Everything was clean, modern and just lovely!

This condo did the trick for our family weekend wedding in Hood River. Close to town, a walking trail and great coffee! We didn't cook, but it appeared to be very well equipped with everything one could need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!!
