Large screen and DVD player in the living room, kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher. Wifi available.
Terrace with dining table and view of the vineyards and the garden.
Large plot with 9 x 4.5 swimming pool secured by a barrier, to be shared with the owners.
For your entertainment: ping pong table, books, DVD, toys, deckchairs, children's swing, access to the municipal tennis court 200m away.

Beautiful environment around the house with several hiking trails from the house and in the surroundings.
We are in a very beautiful region: swimming sites in the river, canoeing down the Ardèche gorges, Chauvet Cave / Pont d'Arc Cave (UNESCO), Aven d'Orgnac, all within a perimeter of 30 - 60min from the house.
Valvignères is a pretty fortified village with two restaurants serving fresh produce, locally produced wines and artisanal Ardèche ice cream.
There are several wineries in the village specializing in natural wines - as well as the cooperative cellar. Bakery-grocery store in the heart of the village, all within walking distance of the house.
Other shops, local market, museum and ancient Roman theater as well as doctors and pharmacy 7 km Alba la Romaine.
Character villages (Alba La Romaine, St Thomé, Viviers, Balazuc, Vogué,) and gourmet restaurants nearby.
Orange, Avignon at 1:30 am, Lyon, Marseille and the Mediterranean at 2 hours.

The house is non-smoking and we do not accept animals.

The owners Philippe and Sharmila will be delighted to welcome you and inform you about the tourist sites and activities in our beautiful region.
Sharmila is English and osteopath - her office is on the ground floor of the house (independent access). She will be delighted to receive you if you need care. The office is closed on weekends and part of the school holidays)
The house is a second home.
