As you enter the condo, you are greeted by sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. It's breathtaking how close you are! Your incredible wrap around lanai is furnished in comfort and style. Relax on the Lloyd Flanders sofa or cushioned swivel rockers. You will have everything from your morning cup of coffee to your sunset cocktail here, overlooking the sea, sand and critical wildlife estuary. We are known for our amazing sunsets where the day fades into a brilliant display of colors!

The Living/Dining area has a round table that seats 5, oversized sectional sofa, flat screen TV, cable and internet service. The kitchen is well stocked with new and appropriate essentials to make meal prep enjoyable whether it be basic or gourmet.
The in -condo laundry room has a large front-load washer and dryer provided for your convenience.

Guest bath has been newly remodeled with a classic nautical theme and large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has also been renovated with a cozy Queen bed and shiplap wall feature. A crib and high chair are also available with Owner's permission and notice.

The spacious master bedroom has modern furniture, new king sized bed and a 55 inch flat screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet and brand new en-suite bathroom with double sinks, granite countertops and a tub/ shower combo. Walk out the sliding doors onto the wrap around lanai for incredible views.

The Creciente is an active premiere property with a wide variety of amenities. There is a full exercise room, tennis/pickle ball and shuffleboard courts for your enjoyment. Our Social Room holds organized Bridge and other card games/activities throughout the week during season.Walk over 7 miles of beach, relax in the sun or swim some laps in the oversized sparkling pool. Our pool is one of the largest on Ft Myers Beach.

Across the street is Santini Plaza with it's lively shopping and dining scene. At Fish Tale Marina, charter a fishing boat, take a dolphin cruise or rent a pontoon for a fun day on the water. Take your car or take the trolley to explore the Ft. Myers Beach pier area.
