Sleeps 6. Conveniently located in downtown Bayfield and just 1 block from Madeline Island Ferry, Cruise Boats, main dock most restaurants and shops. Walk to everything! (1st Street & Washington Ave)
WIFI. Private Key pad entry. Easily walk to everything in downtown Bayfield.. 1st Bedroom with Queen Bed, 2nd Bedroom (2)Twin Beds, Living Room 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen, with Dish Washer. WIFI, Washer, Dryer, TV w/DVD, (43" Chrome Cast Smart TV), Charter Cable. Cozy Fireplace, Bathroom with tub/shower combo (jetted tub) Private walk out deck with table & chairs, dining room, living room, coded access to door so when you arrive, you walk in and start enjoying Bayfield. Parking for 1 vehicle with, parking pass. Additional vehicles can park close by on 1st Street or Washington Ave.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute.

This Condo was perfect for our group of 4 ladies. It was clean, spacious and furnished with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Located right downtown in walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, grocery store and the ferry to Madeline Island. I would highly recommend this to friends and family and would definitely book again if revisiting Bayfield.

Perfect Bayfield location

The condo was perfect. We could everywhere in Bayfield - including the ferry terminal to Madeline Island. The kitchen was well stocked, and the space was lovely.

Downtown location, one block from lakefront, ferry dock, and town pier. One block to pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Deck faces south for morning and afternoon sun. Spacious living room and dining room, tastefully decorated.

Long weekend in Bayfield

The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen is set up great if you like to do your own cooking. We found everything we needed. Cannot beat the location. Just a block from ferry and downtown. We really enjoyed being able to easily walk to 3 different coffee shops in the morning. It was fun to try them all. We would definitely stay here again next time in Bayfield.

Nice place to enjoy Bayfield

Very nice condo overall. The only thing we would change is an easier access to the 204 condo. When bringing all your stuff in it’s a fairly long haul with a full flight of stairs and hallways. A friend with knee issues struggled with that part. There wasn’t much of a view from anywhere in the condo but since it’s so close to everything, that glorious view is only a block away. We would still stay again if we couldn’t find one with a better view. Everything else was top notch!

Sleeper sofa

This unit is really only able to sleep 4 adults. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable for two of the guests. You could feel the springs. Disappointed..:(

Great people, great shops, great restaurants, great fishing guides, great boat tours of the Apostle Islands and light houses, great kayaking, great cross country sking and down hill sking (just 3.5 miles south of Bayfield, great dog sledding, great concerts at the Big Top. Come visit and see what we see daily! You will love Bayfield.

Why they chose this property

The owners chose this condo many years ago because of the great location downtown. You have steps to enter this property from the main entrance North Door. Also can easily access the West door with ramp from alley (key in condo). The lay out of condo #204 is all on 1 level! Just 1 block up from the Madeline Island Ferry and main harbor dock, you can easily walk to everything in Bayfield. On the 1st level of the building is the Captain's Spirits for Cheeze Curds, Beer, Wine, Crackers, etc.

What makes this property unique

The First & Washington Building is quiet with condo's on the 2nd level, the floor is concrete and walls are thick. Central AC. Fully equipped Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, WIFI, TV, comfortable living room, and location, location, location.
1 block to the south and you are on the main drag of Rittenhouse Ave in Downtown Bayfield with restaurants, spirits, shops, museums. Just 2 blocks West up Washington Ave, visit the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore headquarters with Free Videos of the Apostle Islands, as well as displays and a real working Light House Lens. 1 block up and left on Broad Street see the Bayfield Museum and across the street the Bayfield library.
