WIFI, Private keypad entry. 1 Bedroom main level Queen Bed, 1 Bedroom 2nd level Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in living room on main level, 2 Twin Beds, 2nd level. 1 Full bath tub/shower on main level, 1 bath with shower 2nd level.
Large Balcony Table and Chairs and Lake Views of Basswood Island. In lower part of building is Captain's Spirits for your favorite wine, beer, ice cream, cheese curds, and more. Only 1 block from Madeline Island Ferry and 1 block from main street of Rittenhouse Ave. You won't have to walk up hills to get to your accommodation!
Washington Condo #203 looks out at Madeline Island and Basswood Island. Located in the heart of downtown Bayfield, WI. - Walk to everything! 40" Flat Screen Roku TV If you have Netflix, bring your login and password. High Speed WIFI Internet. Central Heat and AC + a Gas fireplace. All Linen's, Towels, Soap's, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Napkins, Plates, Dishes, Glasses, Utensils, Cook Ware, Drip Coffee maker, Coffee filters, Dishwasher, Iron, Ironing table, Washer, Dryer, newer furnishings and updates. Parking for 1 vehicle in parking lot or in back by ramp with parking permit. Additional parking on 1st street or Washington Ave. More parking just up Washington Ave 1 block at the City of Bayfield parking lots on both sides of Washington Ave & Broad Street.

Absolutely perfect location in town with walking distance to everything! Super clean condo. Such a great feature to have a parking spot loading area behind the building to bring everything in on a ramp instead of having to go up a flight of stairs. Great communication with the owners. I would definitely rent from them again!

Enjoyed our weekend in bayfield, condo was as advertised clean spacious well appointed. Located centrally in downtown easy to walk to everything.Also enjoyed working with the owner on it very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend booking this location!

My 3 sisters and I had a fabulous visit to Bayfield, WI! Staying at the 1st & Washington condo was perfect!! Such a perfect location, lots to do within walking distance!! Took the ferry over to Madeline Island, spent a lot of time walking around town. The condo was spacious and very comfortable! Would stay here again!! Also Jack was a GREAT host!!

We all enjoyed our stay

Our party of 8 had an enjoyable time at this property in Bayfield. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen for preparing meals and the living room area for playing playing card games at night.

My friends and I have done fall trips for 15 years. This has been the nicest stay yet! Deck has a view of the water, walking distance to just about everything and clean. Check-in and check-out was super easy!! GREAT TIME😊

Super convenient location

The location of the property is perfect; it's easy walking distance to the marina and all the downtown restaurants. I've stayed here multiple times, it's one of my go-to's. The property is always clean, quiet and ready for guests. Check-in is super easy and Jack is always super easy to communicate with.

Great location!

Stayed for 2 nights with family and friends. The owner was very detailed with check-in instructions so it was easy to check in. Condo was well-appointed and clean and comfortable. Location was excellent! It was walking distance to the shops and restaurants and the dock for the boat tour we took.We truly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect location for Bayfield Family Vacation!

My family of six adults and one infant stayed at the Bayfield condo for 5 days. We LOVED the location because we were close to downtown, the ferry, and the hikes! We made good use of the balcony! The condo was clean and quiet, and the owners were professional! Thanks so much!

Great stay in immaculate condo

We stayed at condo #203 for 2 nights when visiting Bayfield at the end of July. The condo is immaculately clean and everything was just as described. The location is nice, close to everything in Bayfield, with a beautiful view of the lake Superior. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and had a great time! Hope to be back in the future!

Perfect place in Bayfield

This is our second time staying at the condo. The owners are really easy to work with and great with communication. I love the location of this property as it is in walking distance of the shops, parks and water. Nice to see the lake from the balcony. The space is laid nicely for big groups and the kitchen had everything we needed. Clean, cozy and perfect for a stay in Bayfield.

Excellent Condo

A true clean and homely environment !! Home Away from Home. We were traveling with two kids, one eleven month and one two year old and were looking for a place which is clean, near to everything as well as where we can possibly cook some child food. Excellent property !! Close to everything and to the boat cruises !! walking distance to all restaurants Good for families with small or bigger kids, even for students or who visit the area.

Great people, great shops, great restaurants, great fishing guides, great boat tours of the Apostle Islands and light houses, great kayaking, great cross country skiing and down hill skiing (just 3.5 miles south of Bayfield, great dog sledding, great concerts at the Big Top. Just 1 lock up from the Madeline Island Ferry and beach where the yearly race starts for the Point to La Point swim race begins. Look out from balcony windows, or bedroom windows and see Basswood Island. Within 1-3 block's from most restaurants, shops in downtown Bayfield, Wisconsin. This is a very well appointed condo's with everything a customer needs. High Quality Colored Towels, High Cotton and thread count sheets, with blankets, and designer Bed Spreads.
