Open kitchen, dining area and great room make this an ideal gathering space for everyone! The screened porch is there for you to enjoy your mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Master Bedroom is a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has double bunk beds, Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #4 includes 2 full size beds. Comfortably sleeps 8. Community beach shuttle stop is conveniently located 2 houses from our home. Close to many golf venues and shopping. WEEKLY rentals only.

Our family has been vacationing at Bethany Beach for almost 20 years! We love the Bethany Beach community and all that is has to offer. We have been in the area for years and chose Bishop's Landing community for all their amenities and easy drive to the beach. We have made incredible memories with family and friends. Easy access to Rehoboth, Dewey and OC MD make this an ideal location! And yes, my husband and son love golfing so they have plenty of amazing courses to play!
Why they chose this property
The Bishop's Landing Community offers many amenities for both kids and adults. Our home offers the best of both worlds, beach and beautiful community pool. This Seashore Park Drive home floor plan is an open design with great room, kitchen and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor which is great for families and friends. The 4th bedroom and loft have a private full bath on the 2nd floor. There are beach chairs and bikes for your use. A ping pong table is there for your use and a great way to entertain.
