Pack light! We provide towels (bathing & beach),linens,and essential toiletries & laundry pods.Seasonal beach shuttle is available too (10am-10pm for 2025)!Gather in our spacious open living area,enjoy outdoor fun in our large backyard and indoor entertainment in our game room,plus books,board games,and DVDs.
Our guests enjoy Millville by the Sea's amenities: 3 pools,pickleball,trails,fishing pond,clubhouse grill,and crab shack.
For security reasons we have a doorbell camera, monitoring the front door and the entrance of the house.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-This is a reminder- Checkout time is by 10 am and here are few requirements.
-Leave all the linens(sheets and pillow cases) and towels in the laundry room on the floor
-There's $100 fee for a lost keyfob
LINENS AND TOWELS
We provide one set of fresh linens and a set of towels for each guest. Waterproof pillow protectors,are considered part of the provided sheet set
For any missing items or items returned with permanent stains that cannot be removed, a replacement fee will be charged: $10 for each towel or pillowcase/pillow protector, and $15 for each sheet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
