DIRECT OCEANFRONT - 1 bedroom condo “Little piece of paradise”

Your beach escape! Windy Hill in N. Myrtle Beach is a quiet, safe residential area away from large crowds. Walk just a few steps to the ocean. Enjoy making sand castles, reading a good book, surf fishing ,and relaxing! We love our condo and know you will too. Unit 206, a 2nd floor location at Windsong gives you a beautiful view of the beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig and coffee pot, utensils, etc. This condo sleeps 4. Queen bed in bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in living room. 2 TVs with Cable and free wifi. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo. Sheets and towels are included. There is a small swimming pool, sun deck, 2 picnic tables, and an outdoor grill for your convenience. We are only about 1 mile to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, and many other attractions and restaurants.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
There is no elevator. There are stairs!
No trailers, motorcycles, or golf carts permitted.
No pets.

The condo was cute and clean. Loved drinking morning coffee and watching the ocean from main room and balcony. The condo is located near restaurants and shopping. The owner was very nice and gave immediate response to inquiries. Had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again!

Why they chose this property

The drive to Charlotte is only a little over 3 hours. Plus Windy Hill is a really nice area. Much quieter than Cherry Grove and Myrtle Beach.

What makes this property unique

When we were searching for a vacation home. We Fell in love with the cozy beach cottage feel of this place. It was not like the high rise busy condos with the game rooms and lazy river. This is a quiet place to relax, read, and take walks on the beach. Surf fishing and shelling are quite fun too.
