Bellâ Casa is newly remodeled with a complete makeover of the outside and landscapes. We covered the decks and hot tub for comfort in the heat or rain, expanding the enjoyment to the outside even in inclement weather. Bella has 3 Bedrooms + a sleeping area + 3 bathrooms. Large Great Room with double-sided gas fireplace in the Living room and Dining room. Accommodates up to 10 guests in beds when at least 4 are children under 12. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and new granite countertops. 2 Refrigerators. Large covered Decks. Gas Grill. Covered HOT TUB. No extra charge for Kayaks, Canoes, and Mountain Bikes. Bring your own gear. Swimming area on the lake. Fish right off our dock. Rent or bring your own boat. Large green space on the lake. Fire Pit and picnic tables. Game Room. 2,000 sq. ft. In a residential area on Lake Logan ~ Private ~ not secluded.

EXPLANATION of pricing policies: Increasing guest count increases the nightly rate - The base rate for Bella Casa includes 2 guests. Additional adults and children are $33/person/night. Maximum occupancy is 10 if at least 2 are children. Additional guests up to the maximum will add to the nightly rate at $33 per person, per night with a minimum of nights equal to the requirements of the booking regardless of the nights stayed. For example: Bella Casa nightly rate is $299. If you have 2 guests the cost stays at $299. If you have 5 guests, the rate is $299 for the first 2 and an additional $33 for each guest over 2 for a total of $99 added for a total rate of $498 per night. If you have 10 guests the rate is $563 per night. We have this pricing in place so that groups of 2 are not paying the rate of $563 per night that the larger group would pay.

The name and ages of all guests are required on our rental agreement. You may update your guest count prior to check-in, and please make sure it is accurate. The guest count will be verified by staff and we don't want a problem after you have checked in. Please read our rental agreement and understand the penalties.

Christmas is a special season to celebrate with family. We decorate with Christmas trees, Christmas bedspreads, centerpieces, Christmas dishes, and many other small touches that make the cabin totally about Christmas. Jesus is the Reason for the Season. Beautiful Bella

I was just inspired by the beautiful gardens that completely surrounded the property. I am booking a stay in June so that I can see them in their full glory. The expensive welcoming entrance is just breathtaking. The covered porch towards the lake was my favorite spot to spend the morning with my coffee, and sometimes into the afternoon! The panoramic view of the water soothed my soul. I enjoyed watching the kayakers take their boats and launch from the beach area. The creative talent of the owner is inspiring. I came home with ideas for my own gardens. This is something I didn't expect to see in a vacation rental. The pure love of the property shows in all the details. Inside the house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is a dream. Open the cabinets and the drawers to a magazine worthy display. I loved the cookware. I will be replacing all of mine! It was a dream to clean up and a pleasure to use. We have found our second home! Thank you to the staff at Cut Above Cabins that does an extraordinary job of keeping up the property and adding new elements every time we come back. They are amazing and friendly. Very attentive to our every question. Thank you so much.

Perfect location

This is a perfect location for a visit to Hocking Hills. House is super clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Lake Logan. Our favorite part is the easy access to the lake and free use of kayaks. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We are Mother and daughter; Evelyn and Catherine. We moved to the Hocking Hills in 2006 and have enjoyed the area very much. We started a vacation rental business in 2014 with a one-bedroom cabin in the loft of our barn on our lakefront property, called Lake Logan Loft. It has been such a wonderful experience over 3 years that we decided to sell our rental business in another part of the state and invest in really special residences that we could share with you! Welcome to Cut Above Cabins, in the Hocking Hills. We have 2 Lodges and a cabin, each in secluded wooded areas on several acres each. We also have Château Lake Logan which is an adult-only couples retreat. We hope you will choose to stay with us when you plan your vacation to this special area known as the Hocking Hills Region.

Bellâ Casa is perfect for families that want to make memories and share a special vacation. It is a lakeside home which gives you plenty of room for 2-10. Active families will love the water with it's many activities. Still very close to the hiking trails and all the parks, Old Man's Cave is just 10 miles away. Great dining and bars are just across the lake and family-friendly. Come join us on the water for many a great sunset or sunrise. We have 7 acres on the lake for lots of "leg room".
