Cozy cottage in the heart of it all. Backyard space was great & off street parking a major bonus since you won’t need the car once you are there. Walk or bike to many restaurants & attractions. Host was responsive & provided great info along the way. Will definitely look here for future trips to Manteo.

Pet friendly. Cute cottage…. Clean, great location. Easy check in. Property was a little “older” than anticipated and fitting four people in it is quite a stretch. . Note that there is no dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no tv in any bedroom, TINY kitchen. The groundskeeper, Lloyd, was fantastic and just lovely. I would absolutely VRBO at this location again.

Budleigh stay

So cute! The cottage is small but packs in everything that we needed. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Manteo. We would definitely stay here again.

Clemons Cottage was the perfect place for my husband, adult daughter, our dogs and myself to stay while evacuating from Hatteras Island during Hurricane Erin. Sharon was incredibly kind and accommodating given our need for flexibility, and the cottage was clean, comfortable, and well located for whiling away a few unplanned days in the area. Highly recommend.

Perfect Cottage in Manteo

Enjoyed four days with our granddaughters in the perfect place. Size was just right. Location was convenient to everything including walking to ice cream and the playground. The yard was an added benefit. Very quiet neighborhood and many nice places to walk the dog.

Clemons cottage is adorable and in a great location. We enjoyed walking to the waterfront each day and sitting in the garden with our dogs at the end of the day. Loved our stay and will be planning another visit soon!
