The Space This 1,500 sq ft two-story townhome is designed for comfort and functionality, especially for longer stays.
The living room includes a reclining sofa and a 65” TV with Roku and YouTube TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and essential appliances for everyday use. A washer and dryer are located inside the walk-in pantry.
There are multiple desk areas throughout the home, making it easy to work remotely.
Sleeping Arrangements • Downstairs primary area: queen bed, privacy curtains, walk-in closet, and adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower • Upstairs bedroom: twin bed, futon that converts to a full bed, and a small desk • Upstairs bedroom: full bed, large desk, and TV
Outdoor Space The fully enclosed backyard offers a quiet setting with mature trees, a patio, and a gas grill. Outdoor furniture is available and can be set up as needed.
Location Located in the Continental Country Club area, the home is set in a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access to walking paths, a golf course, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Parking Guests may use the attached two-car garage (best suited for standard-size vehicles), the driveway, or free street parking. Seasonal winter parking restrictions apply from November 1 through April 1.
Utilities are included, making this a simple and predictable option for extended stays. After booking, guests receive a detailed guidebook with information about the home and the Flagstaff area.
Guest access Check-in is through the front door using a keypad. Inside, you’ll find the house key and garage remote, which can be used for garage access for the remainder of your stay. Guests are welcome to use either the front door or garage after check-in.

Spacious and clean in continental country club area. Enjoyed sitting in backyard under a large umbrella . The host was very attentive to all of our needs. Joined the Flagstaff Athletic Club that was close by as well Bushmaster Park for pickleball.
My family and I have had the most enjoyable stay at Phillip’s property. We were extremely pleased with everything; from the cleanliness to the layout of the house, to the exceptional location. Foxglenn Park is located at right about a mile walk from the house. The park offers a playground, a skatepark, basketball courts, hiking trails and more. There is a Walmart and several restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and everyone is friendly.
The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. The office upstairs was the perfect setup for homeschooling as there is a large dry erase board, a huge desk, and a convertible futon sofa. The big windows provided optimal brightness to the room.
There is a large nice private fenced-in yard with a grill perfect for cooking out.
Phillip has been the best host. He thought of everything! He took great care in setting up the house to accommodate our every need (known and unknown). The pamphlets, magazines, and the house booklet were extremely useful.
My family and I felt at home.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Flagstaff property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard is fenced and fairly large which was perfect for our 2 dogs. It was nice to sit on the patio and read a book. The location is close to restaurants and stores.
This is an excellent townhouse in close proximity to everything. Phillip is a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!!
My wife and I spent the month of May here along with our two daschunds. Our purpose was to use the place as a jumping off place to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff and do some hiking while also working remotely during the week.
Phillip's condo proved to be perfect for us. The location was great for getting to anywhere we needed in Flagstaff, located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The unit was well equipped and left us needing nothing to enjoy our stay.
Phillip was extremely helpful and easy to contact if any questions. His efforts to make our stay comfortable were second to none.
I highly recommend this place, whether it is an extended stay or brief visit.
I rented the townhouse for a few months to be in Flagstaff near my sister who was going through medical treatment. The location and neighborhood are lovely. It’s a quiet area. Philip has been amazing as the host - extremely accommodating when I needed to extend my stay . Cute fenced back yard (that was perfect for my dogs that traveled with me). Great office space/3rd bedroom. The townhouse has a Garage and driveway parking Close to everything !
