Welcome to our cozy Flagstaff get-away! We believe our home has the perfect balance of beautiful surroundings, great value and amazing location. Enjoy the outdoors on the spacious deck or watch the kids play in the snow from the large windows in the living room. We enjoy all of the seasons - from the cool breezes in the summer to the rainstorms and snow in the winter. The stars at night are unbelievable all year long.

Our place is ideal for a small family or two couples. We pride ourselves on keeping it clean and comfortable. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, added new floors and fresh paint.

We have all brand new LG kitchen appliances and a high-end, full-size washer/dryer, ROKU TV's in both bedrooms and living room and free WIFI. We have DIRECT TV and INTERNET SPEED has been upgraded to 12 Mbps. Bring your laptop and you can catch up on emails while you sit on the deck. We also provide games, puzzles and movies for the kids in dining room buffet cabinet. There is also a movie collection in the closet near the fireplace.

We are walking distance to the golf course and the Country Club. We are 10 minutes to downtown Flag and NAU and 20 minutes to the base of SnowBowl.

Check out seasonal golf at the nearby golf course, skiing at Snow Bowl, hiking, sledding, shopping in downtown Flagstaff or day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Slide Rock, Oak Creek Canyon, Polar Express and much more.

***Sleeping: The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. We provide plenty of linens and pillows. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. We have a small mattress suitable for a child, stored under the master bed. Our place sleeps 4 comfortably but could accommodate 5 when using the futon mattress.

***Summer Visitors: Please note that we do not have central AC. This is typical in Flagstaff and our place remains very comfortable in the summer months. We have ceiling fans in each room and large, screened windows that can be opened to let the cool breezes come in.
***HOA rules prevent large parties and groups, excess noise, etc. We want to respect our neighbors and keep the neighborhood a peaceful, quiet and beautiful place to visit.
***Travel Insurance is recommended.
***Grill Restrictions/Fire Restrictions - Occasionally Flagstaff will restrict grill and/or fireplace use. We have a rule to only use Duraflame type logs in the fireplace.

The pet areas/ deck were just fine for our 2 pugs. We also enjoyed daily morning walks around the golf course path. Only issue is that it was really hot in the bedrooms. Fans were made available, but there is no AC. Overall, a nice stay in a good location.

Grand Canyon vacation

The house was perfect for my wife and me and our adult son. The two bedrooms and two baths were great. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The location was wonderful to get to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and touring Flagstaff. We had a wonderful vacation

Quick Trip To Flagstaff

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It snowed while we were there but the condo was nice and warm. It is conveniently located and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. We had to cut our stay short so that we could get home for Thanksgiving and miss an upcoming snow storm, but we had a great time.

Fantastic stay in Flagstaff

We stayed 5 nights at this cozy cottage while visiting our daughter. The location was great for day trips to The Grand Canyon and Sedona. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well as there was grass nearby. The cottage had a great kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. The only issue was that we did not arrive until after dark and it was a little hard to find as it is set back off the path, There is a sensor activated light but not till you get to house. Overall we had a great stay!

Lovely home, great location

This home is super nice. Very clean. Well stocked with cookware/linens. It’s a nice drive from here to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Downtown Flagstaff is nice. The owner was easily accessible and very night. Our flight out was cancelled twice, and she was gracious enough to stay all through an extra day at no charge.

Cozy cottage near all the amenities

My Cousin and I spent a very very. Nice 4 days at the went to a wedding of my my nephew and a lovely young lady . We got there early to see the sites.. we enjoyed the patio and the beautiful birds singing and yes, we were there in the summer

5 week stay

Our stay was great. The owners are very responsive. You do hear the traffic on the road if the windows are open. If you are sensitive to noise I would bring ear plugs. Great walkable area. Continental Golf Club has a great restaurant and is a 3 minute walk.

Rude host and place unacceptable!

Where to start?! I was supposed to receive an email directly from the host on check in code for door, I did not receive anything so I had to reach out to them. They gave me the wrong code so I had to call and then it was just a fiasco after that before getting the correct code. Come to find out they had me mixed up with another tenant. We had gross severely stained bath towels, floor was dirty, faucet in guest bathroom was completely detached, but luckily worked. Pile of dirty towels in guest bedroom, as well as somebody’s pants draped over the chair from prior stay. Urine smell coming from guest bathroom, had to clean around bottom of toilet. Etc. The worst part was that the hostess blamed me for being a complainer, when all we did was give her the truth of the experience we had. And before I wrote this review, gave her a chance to make things right in some way. We were hoping for some, any kind of restitution. She instead told me I was unbelievable and one of the top three complainers she’s ever had. Good luck staying there!!!!!!

Disappointed

Internet’s connection didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Power outlets in kitchen didn’t work. Owners were very nice and attempted to help but to no avail. I rigged up the router to another outlet but needed the bar stool to hold router because cords wouldn’t reach. Very annoying because if you wanted in the kitchen you had to lift up router and walk underneath it each time. The house was clean but there was no coffee, no soap for showers and no shampoo/conditioner. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes this was a first.

Great Place!

I would use this property again. It’s location was great, close to anything you would need or want. Nice, relaxing place. Love the deck to sit outdoors and read or whatever. Loved watching all of the geese on the golf course. All the comforts of home.

Great location

Enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, and being able to cook rather the eat out. Wifi works great and lots to watch when we had rainy days. Close to trails for biking. Will stay again

The stay in the VRBO was excellent

Totally enjoyed our stay in the VRBO. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking , baking, plenty of dishes and drinking glasses. Abundance of good towels. Location was excellent. Close to Bushmasters park with lots of pickleball courts. The TVs had access to Hulu and Netflix. Cannot think of anything negative to report. Close to the duck pond where we enjoyed walking our dog. Highly recommend this VRBO!
