Welcome to Sea Esta Shores - Great open floor plan with 15 feet high vaulted ceilings and fantastic ocean views - large oceanside deck and private path to the beach - Kid and dog friendly!

Sea Esta Shores has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We sleep a maximum of 8 guests and are dog friendly (first with a brief discussion of your 4-legged friend).

The layout of Sea Esta Shores -

You enter the home on the lower level. This floor has two large bedrooms, a 3/4 bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins and a full bed.

The main level of the home is where the magic happens. The master bedroom has a king bedroom and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. Not a bad view to fall asleep and wake up to - nothing but sweet dreams at Sea Esta Shores.

The living space is very open with 15 feet tall, vaulted ceilings and windows galore to keep an eye on Miss Pacific. Whether you are in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the dining room, a snack at the kitchen counter or lounging in the living - finding a seat with a view won't be an issue.

The kitchen has been completely updated with new countertops, resurfaced cabinets, new appliances and all new dishes, pots/pans and utensils. You'll find all the gadgets of home and maybe a few more.

The dining room has a spacious oceanside table and doubles for a card or game table.

The living room has a 55-inch ROKU SMART TV with 60 channels on You Tube TV. Or use your Amazon or Netflix account. There is also a DVD player with a good selection of movies. The gas fireplace helps complete the perfect atmosphere for an evening at Sea Esta Shores.

The upper floor also has a full bath.

Outdoor Living Space -

A large oceanfront deck is accessible from the dining room. The deck features a dining table, charcoal BBQ grill, bench seating, Adirondack chairs, hammock chair and a cozy porch swing for watching those sunsets. The dog can be let out by going from the stairs of the deck directly to a fenced turnout area for the dogs. The beach path is also accessible from the deck. The easily accessible path leads to a very nice section of the beach - one of the best places to razor clam (during approved clam digs). The ocean views from the deck are fantastic!

Beach Access -

A private trail leads you to the beach - the trail is well maintained and is a short and easy walk.

Well Behaved Dogs Considered -

If you are considering bringing your dog, please contact us to discuss. We have a gated enclosed outdoor dog turnout, and the main floor deck is gated to keep the 4-legged ones contained. The pet fee is $25 for 1 or 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs the fee is higher and we need to discuss this with our guests, prior to confirming the reservation.

Easy parking in front of the home - great for loading/unloading your car.

We cater to families and friends seeking a relaxing and quiet time at the ocean. We offer a quality product and provide a high level of customer service to our guests. Failure to properly disclose the number of guests and/or pet information is considered a violation of contract and monies paid for use of the home will be forfeited. YES, please note that kids are welcome, but they are also considered guests and are included in the guest count of your reservation. We say this to be 100% clear so us and our guests are on the same page with expectations.

A getaway for the whole family!
My family & our dogs loved this house!! We stayed for my dad’s 70th birthday & he had the best time ever. Now, we want to make this our yearly vacation space haha. It’s perfectly located & stocked with everything you’d ever need. I just can’t even say how much we loved this space. We had more than enough space for five people & five dogs. The dog run is a huge bonus & there’s a space to wash their paws too. We spent almost our whole time on the deck with our dogs contained which was just pure perfection. On top of it all, Joel & Denise will help you with any questions you have & went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great place on the beach
This is a nicely updated waterfront home right on the beach. We usually go to Cannon Beach or stay in a place up in Moclips. This place was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect relaxing weekend
The location was awesome, with the beach so close we were able to go back and forth from the house easily. Grayland seems to be less popular than Westport, which is nice since there wasn't very many people on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including towels and bowls for our pup. We especially appreciated the fenced back area for dogs. The owners were also very helpful by providing details about the house (ie directions, restaurant recommendations) and checking if we needed more time during check out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We love being at the beach and spending time in town. We enjoy decorating our vacation home with artwork featuring local and smaller artists. Inside and out of this home you will find authentic nautical décor. Bringing indoor living to the outdoors is important to us. We enjoy creating outdoor space which is inviting to our guests. We believe this creates a more enjoyable ocean experience. Our home caters to families and friends - both adults and young children were thought of. We believe it to be important to create your vision and then design your home to suit that vision. We hope we have succeeded in doing so.

Why they chose this property

The home was built in 1986 and when purchased it was straight from the mid 80's. Very well maintained but everything was 30 plus years old...including the carpet in the bathrooms and kitchen. We knew the home needed an extensive top to bottom renovation as well as having the kitchen and dining room living space opened up. We remodeled the home with thinking some time down the road we may live full time in the home.

What makes this property unique

Great neighborhood - bring the bikes. go for a walk. Nice mix of full time residents and vacation homes. Great views from the main floor and deck - beach path is very accessible. Razor clamming is great on this section of Twin Harbors Beach.
