Property is nestled at the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains in upscale Oro Valley, AZ. Views of the majestic Santa Catalina mountains and the Pusch Ridge vantage is just outside your front door. The home is located in a very private and quiet neighborhood that has direct access to hiking these glorious mountains.

The home has been completely redone with new furnishings and professional landscaping. The backyard boasts a boulder waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation for beauty and privacy. The waterfall is situated in direct line to the family room and viewable through the double French Doors. The front kitchen window has impeccable views of the Santa Catalinas and both kitchen windows have been upgraded with plantation shutters.

The 3 bedroom SFR accommodates 5 occupants with a new King bedroom set in the Master bedroom, new Queen bedroom set in bedroom 1, and a new twin daybed in bedroom 2. The Family Room is nicely appointed with a new a leather sofa and arm chair all centered around an rustic media center with a 60" Smart TV.

The Master bedroom contains a walk-in closet and a separate bathroom tub/shower combination, as well as hosts a 36" SmartTV.

All window coverings (blinds/drapes) are newly appointed as well as all the homes accessories.

The kitchen has GE Profile SS appliances (refrigerator and oven/stove).

The house flooring (minus the bedrooms) was just recently (May '25) replaced with new professionally installed wood plank tiles.

The home has a large paver backyard patio with a connecting walk way to the front driveway. The frontyard boasts a large front paver patio complete with a sitting area. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the Santa Catalina’s as you enjoy your coffee (hot beverage) each morning while surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

This home has a warm country & western theme that fits perfectly in the desert Southwest.

Our home is located in an isolated community in the foothills of the Pusch Ridge Mtns. The front paved patio has spectacular views as you enjoy your morning coffee. Yet you are minutes from all the restaurants and shopping that Oro Valley has to offer. Absolutely ideal location.
