About this property

The wonderful Chalet with the private swimming pool on Lago Maggiore

The ’Bimba’ apartment with swimming-pool is a lovely home nestled in a lush garden with a swimming pool (available from May 16th to September 26th 2026) and games room.

The apartment can host only one family at a time so the house, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the hosted family (owners could be present). After each check out the house is completely ventilated and sanitized by cleaning professionals according to anti-covid protocols.

The house Bimba, located on the ground floor of the villa, is based in Trobaso, historical and peaceful village in the heart of Verbania, 5-minute drive from Intra and the port, 40 minutes from the Swiss border.

Our guests will have two bedrooms (1 double bed room and one room with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed for a total of 5 beds), a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and a WC-washer.

The garden is fully available, with the swimming pool, and the possibility to sunbathe. In our garden, you can find also an oven with a grill for barbecues with friends.

For the relax moments, our Bimba Chalet is also equipped with the “Elvis room”, a games room with: a tennis table, a football table, darts and a table to play cards.

Moreover, the house has a private parking.

For the maintenance of the swimming pool, the garden and the outdoor areas, two staff members, Ilaria and Armande, will have daily access to the structure.

There is no washing machine or dryer available. However, it is possible to do laundry at a laundromat near the house.

Lovely

We had a lovely trip. The mountains surrounding the property are beautiful and the children enjoyd the swimming pool. The house is small and a what outdated but doable. The property manager is very nice and always ready to help if needed. You have enough to see in Verbania.

very nice holiday house with super nice garden

We enjoy the stay and certainly recommend this location. Very comfortable house with a large garden to enjoy summer with a swimming pool. We almost use the 'poolhouse' for every breakfast and diner. A nice indoor area with dart and ping-pong. The only slight drawback is the size of the kitchen and bathroom. Alberto, the owner is nice, and always there to help and respond to question. Nice area to visit (borromées island, etc ).

Beautiful Garden

We enjoyed a lot our two-week-stay. The garden with pool is lovely! The landlords are strong in communication and do really care about their guests. Trobaso is a little boring with only fiew or no possibilities to go out for a drink or ice cream. But there is a bus to Intra and Pallanza and back!

Wonderful well maintained garden and pool. Also fun to have a games room with darts, football table and table tennis. Beautiful area with lots to do but need a car to get to places including the lake. Also easy to visit Milan by train. Property is small but functional and as described. Some new but also some dated furnishings. There is no washing machine but can do washing at a laundrette nearby for E5.00. TV is small and located on the wall in the bedroom. Hosts and support staff were brilliant with great communication and very responsive.

Heerlijke tuin, prachtig zwembad en in de omgeving is heel veel te doen.Het barst van de muggen, neem muggenspray mee. Gelukkig zitten er horren in de ramen en kun je gewoon met de ramen open slapen.Het appartement is klein, vooral de keuken, badkamer en eetkamer; de slaapkamers zijn ruim. Het huis ligt aan een doorgaande weg waar je 30 mag rijden, maar bijna iedereen rijdt harder en dat tot laat in de nacht.In de omgeving is van alles te doen, van wandelen in de natuur tot leuke dorpjes bezoeken, van bootje varen tot afkoelen onder een waterval, van musea bezoeken tot grote stad - Lago Maggiore is top.Alberto was zelf een week op vakantie maar hield via de app contact. Hij stond altijd open voor vragen en gaf goede suggesties.Wij hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad.

Wir (2 Erw + 4/7/10 Kids) haben eine perfekte Pfingstwoche in Albertos Ferienwohnung verbracht! Im riesigen Garten mit Pool, Dusche, Grillbereich, kurzerhand nach draußen verfrachteter Tischtennisplatte... Bella Italia! Handtücher, Grundausstattung in der Küche mit Kaffe & Co., für uns ideale Lage für Ausflüge nach Locarno, Mailand, Fähre nach Lavorno, Borromäische Inseln, Intra,Safaripark... Nur Joggen gehen ist schwierig, aber dafür kann Alberto ja nichts ;). Zum ersten Mal würden wir ein 2. Mal in die gleiche Ferienwohnung gehen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Albertos Ferienwohnung verbracht, die eigentlich ein Haus ist. Hatten den gesamten Bereich für uns inkl. riesigem Garten und Swimmingpool. Bei Fragen konnten wir den sehr hilfsbereiten Alberto jederzeit kontaktieren. Der Kochbereich ist etwas beengt, dafür gibt es einen großen Grill und 2 Tische im Außenbereich. Die Kinder konnten im Garten und im Pool toben, während wir auf der Liege lagen. Perfekt.

Traum-Urlaub mit genialem Garten und nettem Kontakt

Wir haben 3 Wochen Sommerurlaub mit unseren jugendlichen Kindern hier verbracht und sind perfekt erholt. Die Wohnung ist klein und besonders das eine Badezimmer, aber wenn man sich damit arrangieren kann wird man mit einem genialen, gepflegtem Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, einem benutzbaren Steinofen/-grill und einem Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung belohnt. Alberto war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht mit Restaurant-Tipps und Ausflugsideen. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Austausch. Als Mutter war es für mich Luxus, dass es 1x/Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab und sogar die Wohnung durchgesaugt wurde. Eine recht befahrene Straße führt am Haus vorbei, was uns aber nicht sonderlich störte. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden auch gerne mal wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit großem Garten und Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In dem Garten mit dem schönen Pool kann man sich wunderbar aufhalten und erholen. Die Vermieter sind beide sehr nett und unheimlich hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We have really enjoyed our 2 week stay in house Bimba in Trobaso. It is a lovely house with the most amazing garden! Our 2 girls loved the swimming pool and had the time of their lives. What is great about the pool, is that it has a shallow part, where our youngest daughter (5 years) could stand and a deeper part for diving. The pool was kept in great shape by Renzo, who came by on a regular basis to make sure the water quality was perfect! His dog Margo became instant friends with our dog and of course our girls loved Margo as well. The garden has 2 terraces where you can relax, eat and enjoy the sun or shade. The outside kitchen incl pizza oven and bbq is absolutely perfect! It is located close to the pool, which is just a great plus. You can start the bbq when the kids are still playing in the pool. Alberto is a great host and it was a pleasure to get to know him and his wife and daughter. We had an amazing time and are considering to visit again next year!

Toller Außenbereich

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, auch die lieben Helfer wie Gärtner, Rosana die uns begrüßt hat, der Herr der sich täglich um den Pool kümmert. Es gab nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher 👍 Die Wohnung ist genau so wie man es von den Bildern erwartet, außer das kleine Bad, das inzwischen schön renoviert ist. Etwas überrascht waren wir über die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt. Sie ist relativ stark frequentiert und wir fanden es laut, haben gegen morgen wenn der Verkehr losging die Fenster geschlossen . Im hinteren Gartenbereich, wo der tolle Pool und der Pizzaofen sind hört man es aber kaum. Der Garten ist toll und unsere 3 Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool, auf der Wiese. Der Elvis-Raum mit Tischtennis, Kicker ist die Rettung bei Regen und ein echtes Highlight . Vielen Dank an Alberto und Giordano und ihre Familien

Geweldige vakantie

Fijne complete en nette vakantie woning met veel diverse dingen te doen in de buurt (met auto). Het is huis is schoon en alles is aanwezig. Ruime slaapkamers en net vernieuwde badkamer. Grote (privé) tuin met zwembad en pizza oven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke verhuurders, we hebben niks gemist deze vakantie. Nogmaals bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Nice holidays and great place

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Verbania. The appartment and the garden are exactly as described, we were positively surprised that the bathroom has in the meantime also been reniewed. We (parents and 2 children of 16 and 13 years old) enjoyed the swimming pool, our dog had a good time in the garden and with the young dog of one of the gardeners. The owners are very friendly and ready to help and give advise. The street is sometimes noisy but this is part of being in a small city. We made funny activities: impressive zip line, canyonning in the Ossola valley (Valbianca), Alpyland in Mottarone. We visited beautiful gardens and spent some time on the lake (rented boat and pedalo), so refreshing when it's so hot... We recommand this appartment, we had a very nice holiday. mooi appartement met ruime tuin. leuk uitzicht vanuit de tuin. alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. centrum is om 15a20 minuten lopen. bij aankomst was het even zoeken waar we moesten zijn. Geen echte minpunten.
