Located near the city center (pedestrian streets and all shops) and the beaches of Mimizan, this apartment is quiet. You can enjoy the lovely view of the current from the living area or from the upstairs bedroom. The location allows you to spend your vacation without the need for locomotion (4 min from the beach, 5 min pedestrian street and shops, 3 min Leclerc and pharmacy ... on foot). There is a parking space in a secure enclosure. The apartment is equipped with internet, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, towel dryer, coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, small blender ... 2 bedrooms with each a double bed and a sofa bed (2 places) in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated as well as the paintings in the downstairs bedroom. separate toilet. Private bicycle parking. Water sports center (kayak, canoe, paddle and pedal boat rentals) within 400 meters, Jet ski rentals within 500 meters, Surf school at 1 km, 8 tennis courts at Mimizan tennis club at 2 kms, Mimizan golf club 6 kms, 15 km airfield parachuting, Lake Mimizan or Aureilhan 6 km ... Optional cleaning flat rate of 60 euros (to be indicated at the time of booking and to be paid when the keys are handed over). Security deposit of 600 € uros to be paid on the day of arrival (not cashed).

Appartement super bien placé. Au calme, bien agencé, proche des commerces et de la plage. Superbe vue sur le courant de Mimizan. Mais état de la literie indigne (matelas et clic clac hors d'ùge, couettes trouées) et lave vaisselle inutilisable (paniers tout rouillés).

Attention, ne pas se fier aux photos transmises sur le site

Notre sĂ©jour avait pour but de passer du temps avec de la famille proche rĂ©sident sur Mimizan. Le logement proposĂ© n’est absolument pas, contrairement Ă  l’impression que nous avions eu en choisissant ce type d’appartement, fait pour recevoir de la famille.De plus, si nous devions qualifier ce logement, le premier qualificatif serait SALE. Un vĂ©ritable nid Ă  poussiĂšre, humide, baie vitrĂ©e apparemment jamais nettoyĂ©e ( un vĂ©ritable effet brouillard sur les vitres, et encadrements sales !) joint de baignoire insalubre, matelas remplis de taches, literie de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ© et qui a largement passĂ© les limites hygiĂ©niques ! Ameublement tout droit sorti de brocante, non entretenu, prises Ă©lectriques, luminaires recouverts de poussiĂšre
etc VoilĂ , pour rĂ©sumer je pense que ce logement n’a rien Ă  faire chez Abritel et je me demande si il a un jour Ă©tĂ© contrĂŽlĂ© ? TrĂšs déçu de ce sĂ©jour. De plus le propriĂ©taire n’est vĂ©ritablement pas un modĂšle de sympathie.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, nous avons pu tout faire Ă  pied, la mer, les commerces. Belle vue sur le courant et protĂ©gĂ© du vent. Plage et commerces proches de l'appartement, pas besoin de la voiture. Belles vues sur le courant et à l'abri du vent. Attention l'escalier qui mÚne à la salle de bain et un peu raide, juste une information pour ceux qui rencontrent des difficultés à monter les escaliers. Pour le reste trÚs bien. Beau séjour dans les Landes.

TrÚs bien situé, tout est disponible à pieds. Plages magnifiques et commerces à proximité. Marché le jeudi trÚs convivial. L'appartement à une trÚs belle vue sur le canal et il est protégé du vent. Nous recommandons avec plaisir.

Gute Lage, schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Mimizan Plage. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Yohann ist ein guter Gastgeber und hat dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. FĂŒr unseren kleinen Hund war es auch schön, da Hunde weitestgehend an den StrĂ€nden vor Ort erlaubt sind.

Nois avons passĂ© une semaine parfaite . D’abord le logement est bien situĂ© au centre de Mimizan plage : on bĂ©nĂ©ficie de tous les avantages ( commerces Ă  proximitĂ© ....) sans aucune nuisance sonore . On n’a pas eu Ă  prendre la voiture de la semaine ce qui est super ( une place de parking est attachĂ©e au logement) .L’appartement donne sur le courant donc la vue est juste magnifique et reposante.On est Ă  proximitĂ© des plages. L’appartement est fonctionnel, dĂ©corĂ© sobrement mais avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Tout le confort est prĂ©sent ( lave vaisselle, lave linge ...), la salle de bains est Ă©quipĂ©e d’une baignoire, la literie est de bonne qualitĂ© bref tout est nickel pour passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le propriĂ©taire est facilement joignable et trĂšs rĂ©actif.Bref une location Ă  recommander sans aucune restriction

bon accueil du propriétaire, logement trÚs bien équipé, bien situé, trÚs calme en cette période de fin juin, mais hélas ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes voici quelques critiques concernant le mauvais confort du matelas de la chambre du bas et le clic clac qui a "beaucoup beaucoup vécu" , et surtout amené vos draps et taie personnels........

Excellent séjour à Mimizan

A deux pas du courant et de l'océan, cet appartement fonctionnel est charmant et dispose de tous les équipements de base. Des stores pour ombrager la véranda serait un plus. M. Bourille est particuliÚrement réactif et arrangeant, un hÎte trÚs accueillant. PS : La vue vaut vraiment le détour, apaisement garanti !
