Perfect location, Charming Villa!!
Guests are loving the newly renovated Villa Italia. Two luxury Masters with separate bathrooms - one upstairs & one down.
Within the upstairs bedroom you have a queen size bed along with a full size couch for lounging during the day.
We are pet friendly. Please let us know you will be bringing your pet. Pet fee of $100. can be paid beforehand by adding pet to reservation.
After 10 years of overwhelming success with the Harbor House, (Property # 437948 to see reviews) we have opened "Villa's by Christine." Christine's goal around the 2 year Villa Italia renovation was for her guests to feel the charm of a classic Italian Villa while experiencing the amenities of a 5 star Hotel. As with the Harbor House, Villa Italia is on the same quaint residential Street just steps from the charming downtown boutiques. restaurants and Pub's of Safety Harbor. Communication with host was prompt and seamless. Home was clean, neatly kept with some kitchen essentials present. So convenient (walkable) to "downtown" Safety Harbor and all it has to offer. We appreciated the pet friendly-ness as well, as we had our dog with us.

Christine was fabuous. SHe ishte most caring host. Had great ideas of where to eat , what o see. The apartment was wonderful. So welcoing and clean. Christine left some welcomid givft. Everything there that you could possible need. It was so close to town. I wll defielty stay there everytime I go to Safety Habor. I just cannot say enough good thing about ITLAY..

Host was beyond gracious providing toys for our baby and checking in to make sure we found the place okay. The cleanest and most elegantly creative homes we have stayed in. Between the wine crate stair case, wine barrel coffee table and patio furniture and the little touches like coffee and filters, seasoning and cleaning supplies, made staying here carefree and fun. We will definitely be back!

This is our go to accommodation in Safety Harbor! Excellent location, fun decor and thoughtfully stocked. We love this unit and the many reminders of Cinque Terre. Our only complaint is its popularity makes it challenging to book!

We absolutely adore Safety Harbor and all its charms.
Taking care of this home and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.
