IMPORTANT; APRIL 17-May 8 RATES HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND THE A BUILDING POOL CLOSURE.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in this deluxe condo. Our condo is remodeled with luxury granite counters, new master bedroom furnishings, and 3 flat screens televisions and Wi-Fi. The quiet corner location of this Condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. The ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats, and dolphins at play.
Our condo is located in North Coast Village, a condo complex that is built along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball and even fire pits for barbequing. Inside North Coast Village you can enjoy lush tropical landscaping with wandering streams, waterfalls and ponds filled with Japanese koi. There are two pools, two Jacuzzis, and exercise room, saunas, recreation room with pool tables and ping pong tables, and a putting green. The complex is gated and has 24-hour security. It is only a ten-minute walk to the beautiful harbor with many fine restaurants and unique shops. From here you can rent boats or take a fishing charter. It is only a 15-minute walk to a great pier and downtown area with more restaurants and a 16-screen movie theatre. It is a great southern calif. location between LA and San Diego.
Upon arrival you will receive a gift basket of snacks to enjoy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rinse off sand and return all beach equipment to garage cabinet or bedroom closet where it was stored. If sun umbrella for balcony table is used, please return to bedroom closet.
Strip sofa bed sheets if used, not necessary to strip other beds. Unplug coffee maker and toaster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy limit is 6 guests including infants, penalty for overy occupancy is $500.
Both the condo and the entire North Coast Village complex is NON SMOKING

Very well-appointed condo, clean, beautiful ocean views, and well-stocked kitchen with 'extras' (spices, condiments, etc). Secure parking and building a plus. Located close to the Pier, downtown, and an exit or two away from major stores. Excellent response time and communications from our host. Highly recommend.

We live in southern California and hour away from the condo which we purchased as our vacation home. We are at the condo whenever we do not have guests and never tire of the beautiful ocean views from all rooms.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of the amazing beauty of the koi pond and landscaping, and the fabulous amenities such as two pools, two Jacuzzis, workout room with sauna, etc. It was obvious to us the Homeowners Association took pride and spared no expense to constantly upkeep and improve this complex.

The complex is in a great location, walking distance to both the harbor and pier for great restaurants, movies and shops.
