This condo was so gorgeous and clean. Views spectacular from the deck of the ocean and bay. The staff at Portofino was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again. My only complaints, the hot tub closes at 10 pm which isnt late enough. Other than that, amazing place!!!

Never Staying Anywhere Else!

We've been to Pensacola Beach a number of times but we just discovered Portofino by accident this year through vrbo. What a hidden gem!!! The multiple pool options (with food/drinks/music), fitness facility, easy access to the beach, and super clean and cozy condo had all four of us convinced that there's nowhere better to stay in Pensacola than Portofino. We'll definitely be back and have recommended it to many of our friends/family!!!

We Love Portofino, it never disappoints.

Overall very good experience. This specific unit is a bit tired, HVAC very noisy and doesn’t distribute air throughout the whole unit.

Great short vacation with my college age daughter

The property was beautifully furnished and an outstanding location at Portifino. The view of the Gulf is incredible. My only complaint is our trip coincided with a very large group of Middle school age kids who literally took over Portofino.. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to get on the elevators and ended up walking up the parking garage to get closer to our floor in hopes of getting quicker access. It was very disappointing as I had stayed the 7 pevious days in another unit before this stay without all of that crowd.

We have stayed at this property several times before and we had others staying in other units this time, however, we have never been asked to check out at 9AM nor were our other friends who were there this time. That is a bit unreasonable and we will not stay in this unit in the future and will tell anyone who asks to make sure they are aware of the early checkout time as there are many other units to choose from who have later check outs. Thanks.

Beautiful condo

Condo was amazing. The lady below our condo in 1103 called every time we laughed or made a noise. I hope she does not live there. If so, we will never stay again. We will definitely ask before booking next time. The dryer does need to be serviced. It took 3 or 4 rounds to get towels dry. Other than that was very pleased and the condo was very clean. I would recommend if the the lady below is not a resident. :-)

Really liked Portofino

Portofino is a gated condo complex that is a little bit of a drive away from the shops and restaurants of Pensacola Beach proper—-there is a free trolley during season. I love how it has access to the Sound as well as the Gulf. This condo was very nice and comfortable. I love that it had ceiling fans in all of the rooms. There were not a lot of people there when we were there so rarely did you have to wait on an elevator. We used the pool at the condo but the community pool was lovely and well appointed with chairs and umbrellas, not to mention a bar, a Starbucks, and a restaurant right there so you could easily spend the day without a care. I brought my own paddle board and that would be my only complaint— that there was only one little path to the Sound without having to go through the Activities building and so getting my paddle board down there was a little difficult. My only other complaint would be the 9am check out time. They offer a late checkout at 12 for something like $60 more, but we left at 9. All in all, I would stay there again. I did report it but will mention again here to make sure it gets taken care of— we could not control the master bedroom tv with the remote. It needs attention. Everything else worked well. Portofino is great!

My New Fav Spot

I found this resort online . I've lived close.to Pensacola and never would have known. It is now my new favorite place. I brought 3 school age children and my significant other and I . I would not rent this particular unit again.

Not very clean, paint cans in unit, fans squeaked, LR furniture needs replacing, unnecessary items in both closets, kitchen accessories are very sparse, NO extra pillows in unit for sleeper sofa. 2 pillows on each king bed?

Great Property

This was an excellent property that had plenty of room for six people. The extra half bath was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful as you had a view of the gulf and the bay. The only downside was this unit did not have access to a grill.

One of the beat decorated

We have stayed at Portofino several times and this is one of the most beautifully decorated condos. It was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Convenient location to main pool/gym and beach access. Great views.
