This inviting outdoor area features a dining space with a picnic table, Adirondack seating for two, and a private side yard complete with a charcoal grill.

Step inside to find an open-concept living area on the first floor. The living room, adorned with new furnishings, offers plenty of seating, including two designer sofas and two club chairs, centered around a flat-screen TV—ideal for family movie nights. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for six, illuminated by a beautiful chandelier. Nearby, the renovated kitchen showcases a central island with bar seating for four. This stylish kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, new appliances, a large stainless-steel fridge with a water dispenser, and a five-burner Dacor gas stove. It’s fully equipped with built-in storage, serving dishes, and cookware—everything you need for memorable family meals. The first bedroom is at the rear of the home, featuring a built-in queen bed, ample storage, and access to a full shared bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms and a bonus built-in twin bunk nook. The second bedroom serves as the primary suite, complete with a dresser, bay window seating, and a private ensuite bath. This updated bathroom includes a single vanity and a luxurious deep soaking tub with a shower. From this room, enjoy access to a screened porch with a bench swing—perfect for unwinding with a nightcap. The third bedroom is also a king, sharing a fully renovated bathroom with a single vanity and a deep soaking tub/shower combo.
