Southern Splendor is a family favorite Seaside home with a prime location only a 3-minute walk to the beach and recent renovations! Arrive and spy the bright pink door which opens onto a generous porch that has an outdoor dining area with a picnic table and Adirondack seating for two overlooking a private side yard with a charcoal outdoor grill.

Inside you are greeted by a combined living area on the 1st floor and one bedroom down. The living room has new furnishings and offers ample seating for all with two comfortable designer sofas and two club chairs. There is a central flat-screen TV perfect for movie nights. Adjacent is a central large dining table that comfortably seats six with a beautiful chandelier. Next at the front of the home is the renovated kitchen with a central island featuring bar seating for four more. The kitchen has new quartz counters, a farmhouse sink, new appliances, a large stainless-steel fridge with a water dispenser, and a five-burner Dacor gas stove. There is plenty of built-in storage, several serving dishes, cookware, and all the necessities to enjoy family meals together.

At the rear of the home is the 1st bedroom, a built-in queen with custom built in storage, a small closet, ample storage and a shared full hall bath with a single vanity and glass enclosed walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional king bedrooms and a built-in twin bonus bunk nook. The 2nd bedroom is the king primary with a dresser, built-in bay window, and a private ensuite renovated bath. The updated bathroom features a single vanity and a new deep soaker tub with a shower. Off the king is screened porch access with a bench swing, a perfect escape for an evening nightcap. The 3rd bedroom is another king with a shared fully renovated bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and a deep soaker tub/shower combination. There is a central media and living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV perfect for video games or movie nights. (has HDMI plug-in for gaming systems) Adjacent is a built-in twin bunk nook with storage and lighting for two more. There is a large open-air furnished porch with a fun chair swing and Adirondack seating for two, making the home live much larger with multiple outdoor living areas.

The third floor offers a bonus open tower room with two twin beds with amazing views complete with blackout curtains. Off this tower is an open-air balcony that boasts stunning panoramic views of Seaside and slight glimpses of the Gulf! This balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise or stunning sunsets over Seaside! Southern Splendor is pet-friendly and offers incredible amenities, wide-open views, and a true sense of relaxation.
