Comfort and conveniences- Southern Splendor offers it all. The front entry leads you into a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and bar seating, as well as a living area, a dining area and access to the screened-in and open porches. The first floor also includes a queen bedroom with private access to the front porch and a hall bath (shower only). Upstairs, the second floor has a master king bedroom with a private full bath with a tub and access to a private screened-in balcony porch, a queen bedroom and a hall bath with a tub (no shower). A quaint sitting area with a TV is located at the top of the stairs with a set of twin bunks in a small open alcove across from it- great for children. On the third floor, you’ll find an open tower room with a two twin beds and small balcony, where you’ll witness amazing views of the town and a slight view of the Gulf. Extras include a stackable washer/dryer, outdoor shower and pole-mounted grill.
