Recent house near the beaches and the city center

Rent, mainly during all school holidays and bridges, individual house (main home of the owner) located 800 m from the town of Langueux and all shops.
Ideal location for visiting the most beautiful places in Brittany.
Recent and bright house, located in a very quiet area.

Rented area: 140 m² + 36 m² garage and 350 m² garden.

A large living room with open fitted kitchen (induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, full appliance, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette, pierrade, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)

Very nice location

We were warmly welcomed by the owners and stayed for a week. Calm and sunny environment with rich equipment and nice terrasse and garden. Good starting point for local tours and longer excursions to all famous sites of the north of Brittany. A big thanks to the landlord's!

Wir haben hier mit unseren Kindern die Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was so gebraucht wird. Angenehm ist das Betten bezogen waren und Handtücher bereit lagen. Das Haus ist großzügig und gepflegt, alles funktionierte und war so, wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Der Kontakt mit Jean Pierre und Mariette war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir hatten sehr sonniges und warmes Wetter, so dass Frühstück oder Dinner auf der Terrasse möglich waren. In der Nähe ist ein großer Carrefour, dort haben wir uns mit allem was wir brauchten eingedeckt. Da die Küche sehr komfortabel eingerichtet ist, war das Kochen keine Last. Wenn man im Ort essen möchte, ist die „La crêperie des grèves“ sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in einen der pittoresken Orte oder an schönen Sandstränden. Wenn Urlaub in der Bretagne - Departement Côtes-d'Armor, dann bei Jean Pierre et Mariette!

Freundliche Vermieter / schönes Haus

Das Haus bietet mit 140 qm und vier Schlafzimmern viel Platz und ist in einem guten Zustand. Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin im Garten sind nette Extras. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Wohnviertel, das sehr ruhig ist. In ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen Küstenweg. Für die schöneren Strände (Les Rosaires, Binic) braucht man ein Auto (ca. 20 min.). Vom Haus aus kann viele schöne Ecken der nördlichen Bretagne (St. Malo, Rennes, Dinan, Ploumanac'h) innerhalb einer Autostunde erkunden. Der nächste größere Ort St. Brieuc (ca. 10 min. Auto) ist ebenfalls ein Besuch wert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und meldeten sich am ersten Tag sogar persönlich per Telefon (Kommunikation auf Englisch problemlos).

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr angenehm waren die bezogenen Betten und die bereit liegenden Handtücher. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit über WhatsApp zu erreichen und der Kontakt war sehr nett. Der Garten mit Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte und Basketballkorb ist besonders für Kinder und Jugendliche sehr ansprechend. Vermisst haben wir die im Inserat erwähnten Fahrräder. Und dass in beiden Toiletten die Waschbecken fehlten, fanden wir unpraktisch. Ansonsten war es ein erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung und einem toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank an Familie Meunier!

La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Elle est située dans un quartier calme et proches de toutes commodités. Nous en avons bien profiter pour visiter à nouveau tous les magnifiques endroits du Nord de la Bretagne. Les hôtes sont disponibles et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Je recommande vivement !

Wunderschönes ruhiges Haus mit Garten

Wir waren positiv überrascht, als wir das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit seinem großen Garten gesehen haben. Im Garten gab es ein Trampolin, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Basketballkorb, sowie einen Grill. Zwei Sitzbereiche sind auch vorhanden. Bei schönem Wetter haben wir immer draußen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Für uns 5 Personen war genügend Platz im Haus vorhanden und wir konnten uns nach Belieben ausbreiten. Auch 2 Fahrräder für Erwachsene und eins für Kinder sind vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus liegt schön zentral in der Bretagne und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb einer Autostunde zu erreichen. Es gibt auch sehr viele schöne Strände in der Nähe, die in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar sind. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ideal, denn nur 5 Autominuten entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, denn man befindet sich mitten in einer normalen Eigenheimsiedlung abseits der großen Straßen. Auch die Internetanbindung im Haus (WLAN) war sehr gut. Alles in Allem waren wir rundum sehr zufrieden und können das Haus somit auch gerne weiterempfehlen.

Au top !

La maison est très bien aménagée et équipée. Elle est très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est au calme mais en même temps parfait pour le quotidien (tous les commerces à proximité immédiate) et pour rayonner sur toute la région (tous axes routiers). Les hôtes sont charmants et très à l’écoute des besoins. Vraiment si vous cherchez une maison pour les vacances dans le coin, n’hésitez pas !

Un excellent séjour dans une maison tout confort

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison qui offre tout le confort moderne, dans un environnement très calme . Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques dès le premier contact téléphonique. Ils nous ont déjà donné pas mal d'indications sur les environs, nous permettant déjà de nous projeter dans nos futures vacances ! L'accueil à notre arrivée était parfait. La jeune fille qui nous a remis les clés nous a donné de nombreuses indications sur les différents commerces, lieux à visiter et les plages , en nous donnant quelques prospectus intéressants. La maison est dans un lotissement, au fond d'une impasse et est pourvue d'un jardin avec des jeux d'extérieur très appréciés par mes deux filles de 11 et 15 ans. Les vélos à disposition nous on permis de faire quelques ballades au bord de la baie de Saint Brieuc. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la qualité des couchages est excellente . Le séjour est très lumineux et encore une fois très spacieux. Bref une maison où on se sent vraiment comme chez soi ! Notre séjour dans cette région fût une réelle découverte dont nous garderons de très bons souvenirs, tant par les paysages magnifiques que par la qualité de l'hébergement !

Tolles Haus und toller Vermieter

Wir haben in der zeit vom 22.07.2017 bis zum 05.08.2017 das Haus von Jean-Pierre und Mariette gemietet. Leider hatten wir nicht die Gelegenheit beide persönlich zu treffen, da sie selber im Urlaub waren. Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit beiden sehr nett und informativ. Sie haben wirklich alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Nur ein Beispiel: Bei unserer Ankunft war nicht nur ein deutsch sprechender Freund der Familie vor Ort, um uns einzuweisen sondern auch das Fernsehen war so programmiert, dass alles deutschen Kanäle vorhanden waren. Eine Grundausstattung mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln war vorhanden, ebenso alle Gewürze und eine Getränkeauswahl. Es gab Beschreibungen des Hauses, Flyer aus der Gegend, eine umfangreiche Liste von möglichen Ausflügen folgte per Mail. Das Haus entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung, es ist wirklich sehr groß und modern, fast luxuriös eingerichtet, war perfekt sauber. Wäsche, Handtücher, Waschmittel sind alle inklusive, auch wurden keine weiteren Nebenkosten erhoben. Die Küchenausstattung ist bombastisch, es gibt wirklich alles. Dank perfekter Lage ist auch das Erkunden der Gegend ein Kinderspiel. Es liegt gerade einmal fünf Fahrminuten von der Autobahn entfernt, trotzdem ist es ruhig am Ende eines Wohngebietes gelegen. Ein riesenhaftes Einkaufzentrum ist ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten an der Autobahnauffahrt vorhanden, dort gibt es alles einschließlich eines Foodcourts für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch sowie einer sehr günstigen Tankstelle. Es ist das erste Mal, dass wir über ein Ferienhaus sagen können, es gibt nicht einen einzigen negativen Punkt. Wer einen wirklich schönen Urlaub ohne Kopfschmerzen verbringen will, ist hier richtig. Die Kaution mag hoch erscheinen, ist jedoch in Anbetracht des Gebotenen durchaus gerechtfertigt. Zudem wurde sie anstandslos sofort bei Rückgabe auch wieder ausgehändigt. Sollte das Haus weiter im Angebot bleiben, wird dies sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub gewesen sein.
