15 minutes from the city of Carcassonne and 1 hour from Narbonne Plage, come and discover Aude, a Cathar country under the Mediterranean sun!

The castles and abbeys, the Canal du Midi, the vineyards and the terroir as well as the hiking trails promise you a holiday rich in discoveries and guaranteed relaxation!

We offer you, 5 minutes from Carcassonne, a completely new accommodation for 2 people with all the necessary comfort as well as a private outdoor area, access to the family pool and a parking space in the enclosed garden.

The 35 m² detached house consists of a living room with fitted kitchen including induction hob, mini oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, fridge / freezer, washing machine and living room with sofa and flat screen television.
The bedroom consists of a double bed and communicates with the bathroom including sink, toilet, walk-in shower and hairdryer. Sheets are provided. Provide bathroom linen.

Outside, we provide you with a garden furniture as well as a barbecue and sunbathing.

Tourist tax included.
End of stay cleaning option: 30 €

Arrival from 5 p.m.
Departure no later than 10:00 a.m.

Out of respect for the premises and future tenants, we ask you not to smoke inside the accommodation.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.

Beautiful accomodation

Spotlessy clean and very well equipped accommodation. The pool was very well maintained and a joy when it was over 35°!! Added bonus of being able to walk to the village where there is an exceptional boucherie and boulangerie. Would definitely return. Merci Noemie!!

Détente et repos.

Noémie ,propriétaire de la maison, est très sympathique. Le gîte est très propre ; la climatisation et surtout la piscine attenante à la maison ont été très appréciées. Nous conseillons sans réserve ce havre de silence. Pour les cyclistes, une voie verte est en cours de réalisation au début de l 'année prochaine permettant de relier le village, au demeurant charmant, au canal du Midi.

Nous avons été accueilli par notre hôte, très sympathique et très discrète. Le logis fait pour deux est très fonctionnel, la déco moderne, la climatisation très appréciable ainsi que la piscine sécurisée. Localisation du logis très calme et agréable. Emplacement pour la voiture très appréciable. Un très bon rapport qualité / prix. Très proche des petits commerces locaux de qualité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Liliana. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Noémie et la location est très propre et très bien équipée, le lit confortable, la piscine juste à côté même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car la température extérieure la semaine passée était trop fraîche, location très bien située par rapport aux sites touristiques que nous souhaitions visiter. Très proche aussi du canal du midi pour faire du vélo. Je recommande.

Im Online-Inserat fehlte die Hausnummer, so daß bei der Anfahrt gesucht werden mußte. Schöne Hütte, Pool und eine sehr freundliche, bei allen Problemen sehr hilfreiche Vermieterin, die in der Nähe von Carcassonne uns schöne Tage vermittelte.

Vakantiehuis met zwembad in rustige omgeving

Een heerlijk verblijf in een huisje op 5 minuten rijden van Carcassonne. Het huis is voor twee personen, goed ingericht, voorzien van airco in de kamer de slaapkamer, en heeft een kleine maar prettige en redelijk schaduwrijke buitenruimte. En een heerlijk zwembad voor de dagelijkse plons, bij 30 graden zeer welkom. Noémie is een zeer vriendelijke host, die er alles aan doet om het naar de zin te maken. De omgeving is rustig, je hoort alleen de cigales en de vogels. Geen auto's, geen vliegtuigen ;-). Verder is er in de omgeving ook van alles te doen.

Nous avons passée 2 semaines de vacances très agréable et reposant. La maison est petite mais très bien agencé, mais il manque un peu de rangement dans la chambre, peut-être ajouter un commode ? C’est le seul chose négatif. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et surtout discrète. Nous vous conseillons de passer vos vacances chez eux.

New small house good for small family

It's in fact a kangaroo house that shares the garden with the owner. The house is small and newly build, the facilities are pretty new. It's perfect for small family with one child and also it's well allocated: 20mins to the airport and 20mins to Carcassonne. Owner is nice and friendly. Only disadvantage I noticed is that the garden still need more maintenance, there is not much green around. But after all we had a nice stay.
