Our stay at Demetri's property was lovely. We felt that windsor hills is an excellent location for the parks. The pool was wonderful and we found it to be very clean. Demetri was a great host and checked in with us to see how we were getting on, responsive to any issues raised etc. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was clean and as described.My kid loved gaming room as well as a swimming pool.The community was so calm and peaceful, and the host was very responsive and kind.Would definitely recommend!

Just returned home after a wonderful week! The house is simply amazing, has everything you could possibly think of! Having your own pool, arcade and movie theater was amazing! We spent a lot of time at the house and the resort and never got bored! The resort is awesome!! Multiple kid activities everyday mine loved the glitter tattoos and sand art! The water slides were a huge hit too! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The arcade room was a hit, the pool and hot tub were great, and having Disney just 7 minutes away made the whole trip easy. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, and the host was responsive throughout. Clean, well-equipped, and exactly what you want for a family or group getaway. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This house was wonderful. The house was clean and orderly. The game room is awesome and us adults had a great time in it! The kids loved the theater room and all the bedrooms were very nice. Love that the house has basically two master bedrooms with the kids room just down the hall with their own bathroom. The pool was wonderful and a lot of time was spent in it. Love that it’s all screened in from those pesky mosquitoes. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in. The only complaint is there is only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so if you use a lot of it, might want to bring a few extra rolls.

Our stay was great at this property. The grandkids loved the pool and video games. The home was very clean with very nice furnishings. No issues at all. It will be on the top of my list for my next Orlando vacation.

Amazing house with everything you need to keep the family entertained. Very spacious and down the street from grocery stores. I don’t think I could have survived the week without that massage chair, absolute heaven!

We loved everything about our stay. House was great, as advertised. Great location as well. You are minutes away from a great selection of restaurants and attractions. Concerning the house, it was exactly what we hoped for. Very nicely furnished in all rooms and a nice screened in pool and hot tub outdoors. We had two of our grandchildren with us on this trip, and the arcade room and theater room did not disappoint. It was great watching their faces when we entered the house and they noticed all the games. Of course they now expect me to do that to my house. When we were home, they were swimming or playing games. After going out to eat and coming home, they would go into theater room and watch a movie until they were ready to go to bed. I would also add there is a very nice waterpark at the front of the resort which you have access to as well. It has a very nice pool, a splash pad and a couple of very nice slides that the kids enjoyed.They didn’t require a lot of babysitting for me and my wife, as there was always something for them to do. It was a great experience for all of us, one that I would recommend to anybody. I would also add that the communication between myself and the host was top-notch. I have absolutely nothing negative concerning our stay. With everything you have to entertain you at the house and proximity to everything else as far as restaurants and the other attractions the area has to offer, it would be hard to pick a better place. Thanks.

The house is beautiful and comes with so many amenities. Felt safe, at the location because you have to pass thru gated security. Conveniently located to walmart supercenter and many restaurants. Would recommend! Demetri is a very responsive host. Any issues you have you can just text him and he responds so quickly.

Great Property

Great home away from home. Demetri was great and prompt to answer our questions. The pool area was spacious and sunny in the afternoon. Kids enjoyed the movie room and the game room but spent most of the time poolside!

Another Amazing Stay

We loved this place so much we had to come back. Kids really enjoyed the game room and pool, adults enjoyed the movie theater and massage chair. Really has something for everyone. Also Demetri was great. Responded quickly and checked in on us to make sure everything went well. We can't wait to come back a third time!

Spring Trip

We came down to Orlando with zero plans in place knowing the house had a lot to offer. Our kids 2, 4 and 7 were in paradise. Between the pool, game room and movie theater they were completely occupied for the 4 day stay. We did spend one morning at the community pool and that was wonderful as well. For our next trip we will definitely be checking the availability of this listing first!

Fantastic home and truly caring/considerate owner

Although we visited the Disney Parks, this home could have served as the entire vacation. From the arcade to the movie theatre, we really enjoyed our time in the home, it is beautiful. The owner, Demetri, is extremely responsive and is extremely kind. We definitely recommend this home for your next vacation and hope to return for our next visit to Orlando. Best Disney home!

This was the perfect place! Close to Disney and all the theme parks! Suuuuper convenient! Great pool and game area for the rest times! There was something for every age. Spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen and amazing game room! We will be back! Demetri was super communicative and accommodating! He made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay ever! Best Vacation Rental Ever!

This place is amazing! It is exactly as described. We were so close to Disney and about 20 min from Universal / SeaWorld. Demetri the host was very responsive and informative. He had suggestions for our family other than the big parks which were well received by our entire family. We loved the arcade room, movie theater had such a great picture and sound! And we loved the massage chair as well! The pool and hot tub were also amazing especially at night! We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this home!

Too much fun was had

From the moment we walked in the fresh smell and the cleanliness was apparent. Between the video games, the movie theater and the pool we barely had to leave the house!! It was such a fun week and lots of great memories were made. **And the massage chair…after a couple long days of walking in the heat, the chair was a GODSEND !! Highly recommend 🙂
