Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with bed 140, 1 room with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, 1 room with 1 bed 90), mezzanine with TV and video game, bathroom (shower and bath), WC. Garage.

The house is 800m from the village center, in a small hamlet of 5 houses at the end of a dead end, 800m² of land.
You can enjoy the south facing terrace not overlooked with garden furniture and barbecue.

Situation:
Ideally located in Quiberon Bay, 5km from the beaches of Saint Philibert, 5km from La Trinité sur Mer, 10km from Carnac, large resort, 20km from Vannes and its historic center; 30km from Lorient.
You can also visit the islands (Belle Ile, Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz).

Maison très agréable

Maison spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Beau jardin avec un bel espace repas et détente. L environnement est très joli avec beaux endroits à découvrir. De belles plages à proximité

Une grande maison confortable

Maison au calme, très bien située pour visiter le coin. Les plages de sable sont proches à moins de 15min et c'est appréciable. La maison est bien équipée, lave linge, lave vaisselle, seche linge, micro-onde, cafetière (pas de bouilloire), le jardin n'est pas clos puisqu'il n'y a pas de portail. Le séjour est adapté pour 8personnes, la terrasse également et la table de ping ping un vrai bonheur ☺. L'accueil des propriétaires agréables, avec des petites attentions culinaires. Nous aurions dû réserver la seconde semaine voilà notre seul regret.
