Esprit seaside for this new contemporary villa classified 3 stars, with small private pool (10 m2) heated from May to September.
It consists of 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with large closets, 2 bathrooms, one en suite, with walk-in showers, a bright living room with kitchen, a terrace with barbecue for friendly meals by the pool. It has a private parking to park 2 vehicles. It is entirely closed walls and without any opposite.
Ideally located, this villa is the starting point for beautiful walks or bike: beach of Vignier Sands, forest, Domino market from Easter port Cotinière, or north of the island, Chassiron lighthouse (13 kms). A little further on the east side of St. Georges, Boyardville and the famous Fort Boyard (12 kms).
Near the house you will also find (from Easter), a bicycle hire and a bakery (80 m.), A grocery store and the tasty restaurant Les Sables (700 m.), The market of Domino (2. 5 km) or that of Chéray open all year to 3 kms.

Déception par l’accueil de l’hôte !

Location conforme. Pas état des lieux ni d’entrée ni de sortie ! Chèque de caution déchiré, preuve envoyée par photo « illisible », 15 jours après notre départ au lieu des 10 jours contractuels après « plusieurs sms » ! Signalement au conjoint de Sonia d’un souci avec la plaque induction, ….silence radio ! Déception par le manque de contact avec la propriétaire. Habituées de passer par Abritel, c’est la première fois que cela se passe comme cela Nous ne retournerons pas dans cette location

Bon, c'est assez simple : nous reviendrons dans la même maison ! Sonia la propriétaire a vraiment le sens de l'accueil et est très sympathique. La maison est très bien placée, particulièrement propre et très bien agencée. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité (rare...). Nous avons adoré. Merci.

Very nice location in a calm location. We were 5 (2 adultes ans 3 young children) and It was perfect. The beach can be quickly reached walking. We definitly recommend it.

Excellent little villa located, lovely outside space, perfect for hot sunny days.

Beautiful little villa, really well thought out and although compact actually felt quite specious. 3 really nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We loved how the very private outside space can merge with the inside space when the doors are opened fully back, unfortunately we had miserable weather during our stay so didn't to benefit from the outside space much at all but can imagine long hot sunny days in the pool and with the BBQ etc. Although it was end of June a lot of places were still closed even the bakery opposite the villa so needed to drive everywhere but this didn't bother us. Sonia is an excellent host and really accommodating about our arrival & departure. We ended up checking out early due to the bad weather but this is no reflection on the villa, we had a 3 year old to entertain and a long journey so decided to get a head start. The welcome gifts were lovely too. Would definitely recommend.
