Well appointed comfortable apartment

The apartment is quite central to Vannes- only about 100 metres from the old city and near a main road for easy access to the Morbihan Gulf area. Vannes is a lovely city and the whole gulf area is beautiful. Severine was most welcoming and the apartment has all the amenities you would need. It's well appointed and very comfortable.

Great location, some confusion

Comfortable clean place to stay. And great location. Just a couple of small issues. The header on Vrbo page says parking and linens are included. A few days before our arrival we received a message that we had to provide our own sheets, pillowcases and towels. And we were still charged a 35 euro fee for linens. It never made sense to us. Also the parking is problematic. There are only a few unassigned parking spaces for the entire apartment building so we often had no space. Could either pay for parking or park quite a ways away. Also the lockbox for the key is in a very inaccessible spot. You have to kneel on the ground in the dirt to access it and we are two women who are not as young as we used to be. Also I think this is our fault . . . Maybe there is a filter to say you only want hosts who speak English. We couldn’t understand any of the communications in French from our host. Next time we will make sure we only book a place with hosts that at least speak a small amount of rudimentary English. Even with these issues, we still had a lovely time in the apartment and exploring Vannes and nearby places. Thanks.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vannes, le logement était spacieux, les lits confortables. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de place de parking attribuée. Un peu bruyant à certains moments ( voisin au dessus ).Le plus: situation exceptionnelle tout prés du centre et non loin du port, appartement spacieux et joliment décoré, très propre.Le moins : pas de faitout , casseroles sans manche adapté, canapé pas confortable du tout , grille pain défectueux.

Correspondant aux attentes

L'appartement est bien, conforme au descriptif et fonctionnel. Nous y étions en octobre et nous avons eu un peu froid; il est face a un rond point et une rue passante donc un peu bruyant. Mais il est très proche du centre à pieds et de la gare ce qui est pratique. Nous avions demandé à laisser notre valise jusqu'en début d'après midi car nous étions chargé avec notre bébé mais malheureusement les propriétaires n'ont pas accepté, les horaires ne sont pas flexible.

Effectivement, le logement étant situé en centre ville, proche à pied de la vieille ville et de la gare, celui-ci se situe face à la rue, néanmoins les ouvertures sont en double vitrage, ce qui garantie votre tranquillité. Nous sommes également désolés de la température du logement qui ne vous convenait pas, dans ce cas, il ne faut pas hésiter à nous le signaler, vous auriez pu également l'augmenter. Enfin, nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu garder vos valises à l'intérieur du logement jusqu'à 15h, celui-ci étant occupé à partir de 16h. Nous prenons en compte vos retours et c'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons de nouveau, Séverine et Rémi.

Tout était parfait, appartement propre, bien équipé, très bien situé ( à 5 mn à pieds du centre ville). Propriétaires très gentils, discrets et à notre disposition si besoin. Je recommande vivement. Très bon séjour.

Nous sommes très contents et satisfaits de la propriété de Rémi et Séverine. Le seul problème c'est le règlement en chèques ANCV auprès d'Abritel ,je n'ai trouvé aucun lien pour payer de cette façon.

Sauber und schöne Wohnung aber....

Vor dem Haus hatte es einen Hund an der Kette, der sehr bedrohlich wirkte. Er urinierte und der Kot lag herum.... Die ganze Umgebung war abweisend und heruntergekommen, alles Andere als einladend.
