This gorgeous 3 story Big Bear Cabin provides peace and tranquility while being only steps away from Big Bear Lake. Step inside Gibralter Lakefront to find a spacious and open floor plan with beautiful living room, kitchen, and dining room. In the living room you’ll be able to relax in front of the home’s fireplace while being able to take in the views of the lake through large windows. You can step out on to one of the home’s balconies through the living room where you will be able to grill or sip your morning coffee.

In the kitchen you’ll find two stacked wall ovens, a gas cooktop, and long counter bar with stool seating where guests can sit while preparing meals together. To the right of the kitchen is a long wooden dining set perfect for family meals or formal dining. The dining room also has access to the balcony, making it easy access for bringing in food straight from the grill.

Downstairs, the home features a wrap around bar, shuffleboard, dart board, and sectional couch where guests can unwind and entertain with games and a large screen tv.

The home provides 4 bedrooms, each with an attached private bath, balcony access, and large windows for taking in the lake views. The master features an attached master bathroom with a separate stand alone shower and jetted tub.

Spend the day at the lake by taking the steps from the back of the house leading right to the shore, and come back in the evening to enjoy sitting around the firepit to relax and reminisce on the day.

Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
