The villa Saint Jean de Bray dunes is a beautiful villa from the early twentieth century, completely renovated, 100m from the beach, in the heart of the seaside resort, in a quiet environment with open views.

Nice Location and good host

The location is very well equipped and the distance to the beach is very short. The inventory chosen is very nice. All communication with our host was replied directly and all appointments were on time. A few small things should be renovated. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Trip der Cousinen

Das Haus ist gross und hell. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig, selbst am Feiertag. Leider war das Englisch bei der Über-/ und Rückgabe des Hauses sehr spärlich. Unser Französisch auch, so das eine Kommunikation nicht wirklich stattfinden konnte.Das Haus war sauber, allerdings ein paar Dinge technisch nicht okay.Loser WC Deckel, lockere WC Papierhalter und noch weitere Kleinigkeiten. Auch fehlte in einigen Schlafzimmer die Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen, es standen nur Regale zur Verfügung.Trotz all dieser Kleinigkeiten würden wir jederzeit das Haus wieder buchen.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung bei sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung bietet auch für mehrere Personen ausreichend Platz und der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit.Sowohl der Einzug als auch die Abreise verliefen unkompliziert und sehr herzlich.

Super Haus für zwei Familien

Wir (zwei befreundete Familien mit je zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern 8 und 10/11 Jahr) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Pierres Haus. Es ist sehr geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir haben den Kicker und Whirlpool zusätzlich gebucht, sowie auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Schade, dass diese nicht im Preis enthalten sind und die Betten auch noch selbstständig bezogen werden musste. Die Kaution ist doch ziemlich hoch angesetzt wurde aber anstandslos zurück bezahlt bei der Abreise. Bray- Dunes hat uns sehr gut gefallen. w

Netter Aufenthalt, unkomplizierter Vermieter

Eine schöne, saubere selbst renovierte Villa mit modernem Flair. Sauna und Whirlpool auf jeden Fall mit buchen! Har uns bei schlechtem Wetter grettet. Mit 8 Personen problemlos bewohnbar. Bei 10 Personen ist die Zwischenetage mit zwei Schlafplätzen sehr niedrig und schwierig zu erreichen über eine steile kleine Holztreppe. Aber zur Not geht das auch.

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung. Sehr netter Empfang. Der Ort ist sehr klein daher nicht viel los. Komische Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants. Im Haus alles vorhanden,es geht über drei Etagen hat eine sehr enge schmale Treppe nach oben. Schöne Schlafzimmer, toller Whirlpool.

Modernes Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Strandes

Wir haben eine Woche in den Herbstferien in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders hat uns der SPA-Bereich sowie der Billiardtisch gefallen. Das Haus verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Zusätzlich zur „Standardausstattung“ der meisten anderen Häuser gibt es zum Beispiel eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, einen Wäschetrockner und einen SmartTV mit angeschlossener Sound-Anlage. Außerdem sind die modernen Badezimmer noch zu erwähnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Übergabe war perfekt organisiert und sehr freundlich. Wir erhielten eine umfangreiche Führung durch das Haus inklusive Einweisung um sämtliche technische Geräte und die Heizungsanlage. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen, der nach Bray-Dunes reist. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt.

Superbe villa très bien située et très bien équipée

Nous avions réservé cette villa pour des vacances en famille avec 2 enfants. Nous avions choisis également l'accès à l'espace détente, qui, après une journée de plage reste très appréciable. Cette villa est très agréable, bien équipée, très propre et décorée avec goût. L'accès à la plage se fait en moins de 2 minutes à pieds, c'est ce que nous recherchions et nous n'avons pas été déçu du tout. La région est magnifique.

Nice, nice, nice

We (4 adults + 4 children + 1 baby) really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is very close to the beach (5 min walk max). Bakery is also just up the street. The villa is very modern and has everything you need for your vacation. I was in contact with Pierre and received immediate feedback to my questions. Very reliable! Would definitely visit here again...

Super Haus mit viel Platz

Uns hat die Lage und die Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Besucher mit kleinen Kindern sollten folgendes beachten. Der Zugang zum Spitzboden über eine Raumspartreppe erfolgt über ein Zimmer im Obergeschoß. Das Zimmer ist damit nur beschränkt für kleine Kinder zu verwenden weil verhindert werden sollte dass die Kleinen die Treppe ausprobieren. Auf der Terasse im Erdgeschoß fehlt ein Geländer an der Treppe zur Terasse im Garten.

ein schönes Haus in einer wunderbaren Ferienumgebung

Wir haben den Urlaub mit acht Personen sehr genossen. Den fünften Stern gibt es schon mal, da auch das dritte Badezimmer im EG bald fertig gestellt sein wird. Die Vermieter sind dabei, das Haus weiter zu renovieren und immer schöner und komfortabler zu machen.

Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus am Meer

Es ist ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Haus, mit Platz für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Jede Etage hat ein eigenes Bad, so dass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Vor allem der Wohnbereich, mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist groß und wir haben dort viel Zeit miteinander verbracht. Zum Meer sind es keine 5 Minuten, genau wie zum Bäcker oder zum Supermarkt im Ort. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sophie und Pierre haben immer sofort und freundlich auf Fragen und Nachrichten reagiert. Ich kann dieses Haus sehr empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man wie wir, mit zwei Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern Urlaub machen will.
