Kiawah Island is known for it's natural beauty, 10 mile long white sandy beach, and an array of amenities. Conveniently located near the Turtle Point Golf Course and the Roy Barth Tennis Center, this 2 bedroom upstairs villa in Turtle Cove is perfectly positioned for your island activities! Updates include a new kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood floors, custom cabinetry, and quartz counter tops.

The bright open floor plan flows right out to the large private screened porch. Much of your time will be spent on this large porch, which is accessible from the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double size beds. There is also a sofa pull out in the living room for your guests to be able to spread out! For convenience, the villa includes a full size washer and dryer and WiFi.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small 2 bedroom. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for the price. Even though no passes for Kiawah activists we did not feel limited. Beach, fishing, great restaurants. Had a great time. The staff was helpful and responded quickly when the guard gate misplaced our parking passes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay and accommodations. Only suggestion would be to replace ceiling fan in master—it rocks and makes a grinding noise.
