Villa located in Rawai in the south of Phuket.
This villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a covered terrace, a private pool, and an outdoor area.
There is no opposite, everything is well fenced.

The price includes:
- cleaning twice a week
- pool and garden maintenance
- water and drinking water

The following are excluded from the price:
- electricity consumption (6 thb per unit)

Conditions:
* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble !

Très belle villa proche des commerces et de la plage de Nai Harn. Toutefois, prévoir matelas pour les chaises longues. Gros bémol, nous avons voulu la relouer (disponible) pour les mêmes périodes en 2025 (1400 euros soit une augmentation de de 60% par rapport à 2024). Scandaleux ! Nous n'y reviendrons donc pas !

Super séjour en famille

Superbe villa idéale pour couple ou famille. Villa très propre, le personnel de ménage , jardinage et entretien piscine est opérationnel. Quartier paisible non loin des bars et restos de Rawai. Moyen de locomotion indispensable pour les déplacements. Le personnel gérant est très disponible et à l’écoute. Je recommande fortement.
