Beautiful 82m2 apartment completely renovated in an Art Deco building, ideally located 2 steps from Place Castellane and all public transport:
Metro: M1 - M2, St Charles station direct to 3 metro stations, Cannebière direct to 2 metro stations or by Tram T3
Bus: they take you to the Prado beaches, to Pointe Rouge, as well as to the Calanques National Park, and everywhere in Marseille.
Tram: T3
Bike station at the foot of the building

Close to all shops, restaurants, fast food, and the famous Prado market.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it includes:
a large entrance with cupboard, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and balcony, Italian style bathroom with double sink unit and electric towel dryer, separate wc, living / dining room with TV and secure internet.
3 bedrooms with each 1 double bed 160x200, a large wardrobe with drawers, drawers under the bed, a desk, air conditioning and double glazing. 2 of the bedrooms have a balcony.
It also offers a common terrace on the 7th and last floor, with a view of Notre Dame de la Garde and the surroundings of Marseille.

Possibility to provide bed linen.
Possibility of cleaning at end of stay for an additional € 80.
No smoking.

Location très bien située

Excellent séjour sur Marseille. La location est très bien située : métros et tram 3. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées. L'appartement est très propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner : c'est vraiment complet ! Il y a aussi une terrasse mais c'est une terrasse collective à l'immeuble au 7ème étage. La vue y est superbe, idéal pour un petit apéro.
