Rent beautiful apartment of 85 m2 with balcony, it is equipped to accommodate from 4 to 7 people, in a residence with swimming pool located in the city center of Carvoeiro in Algarve in Portugal.
The apartment is 40 minutes by car from Faro International Airport.
Ideally located for no longer using the car, it is 250m from Carvoeiro Beach, on one of the most beautiful coasts of the Algarve, close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and shops.
You can enjoy the beach or go walking on one of the most beautiful coastal path in the Algarve "The course of the seven suspended vals" or go play golf at vale de milho 2.5 km away.
This apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and wireless internet access with a TV package of 30 channels.
It has:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and dressing room and safe.
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed (converts to a double bed if necessary), with wardrobe .
- living room with 1 corner sofa (convertible into a double bed if necessary), table with extensions, 1 LCD TV with USB socket, DVD player 1 fireplace with insert for winter.
- kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, mixer ...
- small utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
- Bathroom, bathtub with hairdryer.
A baby cot is available.
The apartment is non smoking but an ashtray is placed on the balcony.
Linen is provided and cleaning is included.
You have access to the swimming pool which includes a large pool and a small pool for the little ones. The site is equipped with sun loungers.

July and August Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
From September to June rentals can be done by the night but with a minimum of 3 nights.

Buena estancia.

El alojamiento está muy bien, por fuera parece diferente pero luego es muy acogedor y está bien equipado y limpio. Por poner un pero, se nos fue la luz y al volver ya fue imposible ver la televisión. Se fueron todos los canales y no podía configurar nada. Algo raro. Por lo demás todo bien un poco de ruido pero soportable.

Good value apartment close to the village centre and restaurants. Great and helpful to have the free Wi-fi. Very comfortable and spacious. Be good if a safe was provided to secure valuables.

hello, thank you for your comment. Being hoster for the first year, we try to improve our apartment at best according to the remarks of the tenants and, at our next passage, the safe will be part of the things to install.

Would recommend this apartment

Lovely spacious apartment. Very very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped and everything worked! In a good location, shops, bars, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Although not a show stopper, the only criticism is the pool area. Apart from the water being extremely cold, the surrounding area of the pool is not cleaned regularly and was not washed down all the time we were there. There had been things spilled here and there near the pool and that was still there when we left. The toilets were not cleaned and there was never any toilet roles there and some rubbish was there when we arrived and still there upon leaving. Also the sunbeds were in a very very poor state with no cushions and no parasols available so no shade. Although the pool water was clean, many of the tiles in the pool were broken or missing and there was a lot of mould/mildew stains on the tile sealant and grout which looked unpleasant. This was a real shame and did mean that we didnt use the pool and surrounding area anywhere near as much as we would normally as the sunbeds were so uncomfortable with only a towel to lay on. Oh, only one other small thing, in the entrance to the apartment block there was often an unpleasant smell of garbage, not from this apartment but from somewhere, never found out from where though. Would we return? Yes if the pool area was sorted as the apartment was very nice.

Thank you for your comment, we are pleased that you enjoyed the apartment. When the disagreement of the pool, apart from the cold water, or there I can not do anything because it is not a heated pool and it is subjected to the outside temperature and which is normally pleasant to refresh, so I called the agency that takes care of the maintenance and indeed there was a problem of staff the week of your stay, I am sorry and this should not happen again, I hope .... I also talked to them about the smell and they will see what they can do if it persists. When the pool equipment is actually not very young and should be changed soon, they say. Thank you again for your comments which will allow us to improve even more the stay of the next travelers. cordialy

Obrigado pelo seu comentário. Espero que você tenha apreciado sua localização. Para o estacionamento, a residência tem um estacionamento em torno do qual não está fechado e, de fato, as vezes , a noite ao jantar, os lugares pertos da casa são difíceis de encontrar no alto período de verão, especialmente que você está localizado no centro da cidade , mas geralmente a noite após a hora do jantar, os lugares liberam e você tem a possibilidade de deixar seu carro perto do apartamento. Também muitos viajantes estacionam o carro toda a semana e fazem tudo a pé, pois tudo está localizado nas proximidades.
