Located within the much sought after gated resort community of Stillwaters Golf and Tennis, our condo complex, Stoneview Summit offers many amenities. There are two pools(one with a stone water slide), tennis courts, a pavilion with a central gas fireplace, a children’s playground with a walking trail, an 18-hole championship golf course, a driving range, pro shop, a full marina and many hiking trails.

We are thrilled to offer our guests a stunning direct view of Lake Martin from our 3rd floor balcony. Our 3/3 condo has been completely updated with quality furniture & décor. Opening the door to the large foyer & looking straight through to the lake view will definitely make you say “ahhhhhh…”
Take a moment to walk straight out to our oversized balcony & enjoy the stunning lake views directly in front of our condo. The beautiful sunsets & sunrises are phenomenal! The balcony offers comfortable seating in front of the exterior stone gas fireplace, a teak dining table that seats 6 or more, a quality gas grill for the hamburgers, two large ceiling fans & sun blocking shades that can be pulled down on the sultry summer days.
Stepping back inside our condo, you will be immediately struck by the large size of our unit. The heart of our condo is the large family room. There is another gas fireplace with a mantle & lots of cozy furniture made for relaxing. We have a 55 “ SMART TV with cable & wireless WiFi. The large sofas & chairs are comfortable & an oversized soft rug is underfoot. The open floor plan offers views from the kitchen all the way out to the lake.
Our fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter room & cabinet space. All small appliances are provided including TWO coffee makers. We truly want you to feel you are at your home away from home. The kitchen has a raised counter bar area with 4 bar stools to keep company with the cooks or to feed the ever-hungry children.
The spacious primary suite is lakeside with its own door to the balcony. It is just off the living/family room. This bedroom features quality furniture including a plush king sized bed, a large dresser, ceiling fan, trey ceiling, two nightstands & an electric fireplace in a large cabinet which the SMART TV sits upon. Romantic! Plenty of room for all your belongings! There is also a chaise lounge which is perfect for an afternoon nap or catching up on email. The attached private full bathroom is enhanced with two separate cabinets with sinks, a large walk in handicap accessible shower with bench & a separate toilet room.
Off the bathroom of the primary suite is our separate office area which features a desk & printer. The office area is also accessible from the family room by a sliding barn door & offers complete privacy for the home worker.

Guest bedrooms are situated off the oversized entry foyer hallway. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a comfortable chair & a dresser. Guest bedroom 1 has a private en suite bathroom & Guest Bedroom 2 has private access to a full bathroom which also has a door leading to the entry hall.

All bedrooms are well furnished with quality bedding. There are plenty of towels available & extra sheets. All bedrooms have blinds, blackout curtains, and fans for a perfect night of sleep. Beach/pool towels are shelved in the separate laundry room. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
he elevator is located close to our front door. Feel free to grab one of the carts by the elevator closest to the parking lot to assist with luggage/groceries. Our front door also has a roll out screen door for cross breezes. There is a large parking lot & overflow parking areas for the busy holiday times. A dedicated boat slip is available for you to park your boat. Boat trailers are not allowed to park at Stoneview Summit; check with us about offsite trailer parking options. Please be aware that the lake water levels drop from mid-October to April 1.

Your welcome package includes 6 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, soap for the dishwasher & washing machine, hotel size shampoo & conditioner bottles, lotions & bar soaps. Liquid soap is provided in pump containers in the bathrooms & at kitchen sink. A Dollar General store is located outside the resort for anything you may need.
Not only is our condo amazing but the resort is amazing. Indulge in picturesque Lake Martin with boating, skiing, kayaking, and/or paddleboarding or enjoy time at one of the beautiful pools at Stoneview Summit inside the Stillwaters Resort. We have a fabulous private pool area with a stone waterfall slide, a side with zero entry, lots of lounge chairs and a separate bathroom facility. Bracelets are worn indicating approved pool access for our private pools. These bracelets can be found stored on the cabinet in the entry foyer of the condo. Next to the pool is a very large picnic pavilion with a concrete floor & a gas fireplace easily turned on by a flip of the switch.

Vacation time at Stillwaters Resort is safe and fun. Kids will enjoy bike riding everywhere. The full size playground is close by. The golf course is open to the public & the onsite club/restaurant “Coppers” is always a fun place to eat lunch or dinner & features live music on the weekends. There are many restaurants within a five-mile drive. A Dollar General store located right outside Stillwaters can usually provide anything you may need.
The Harbor Pointe Marina, located walking distance from our condo (three minutes by car) is a great place to either rent a boat or launch your own. It is a full-service marina that allows launching your boat upon arrival & allows exiting when you are ready to take your boat out (small fee). Also, if you rent a boat, there is parking at the Harbor Pointe Marina to enable loading and unloading your gear. Please inquire first with the owner if you would like use of the boat slip for your private or rental boat. Harbor Pointe Marina includes a bar/restaurant and a convenience store for food/beverages and any boating needs The Ridge Marina is close by as well. If you bring your own boat, our private boat slip is available for your use. The boat slip has a professionally installed Savadock bumper system & is labeled with our unit no. (only one watercraft allowed). It’s an easy walk to the dock from our condo and there is also a ladder to get in and out of the lake.
Lake Martin has several waterfront restaurants to enjoy with boat parking. The water is clean & clear & there are lots of islands & beaches to enjoy. Chimney Rock & Chicken Rock is the absolute best people watching area on the lake as brave ones scramble up the rock ledges to jump out into the water below.

The maximum number of guests including children and adults is 6. This is a non-smoking unit, no pets are allowed, and it is managed by the personal owners of this condo. We have a RING camera on our front door. We are always a text or phone call away. All rules of Stoneview Summit must be followed. These rules are posted in our condo by the front door & in the elevator. These rules include quiet hours. The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary renter must be present for the entire stay. Photo ID and a signed rental agreement is required.
