Come and share unforgettable memories of holidays with family or friends in our beautiful town house! Can accomodate 10 people, equipped with the necessary. Located just 200 meters from Val d'Europe shopping center, 10 minutes from Disneyland and 30 minutes from Paris.

On the ground floor :
- Spacious living room (Cable TV) with sofa bed (2pax)
- fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cutlery and crockery, kitchen utensils ...)
- 1 shower room, WC.
A garden in front and behind the house to enjoy the sun or relax after an intense day at the park!

First floor :

/!\ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,.) but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away in the Val d'Europe shopping center.

Located in the district of the city hall, in a quiet environment but close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants from the Atelier Bakery and the dishes of the restaurant Interpreter ...).

At 100 meters from the large shopping center of Seine et Marne, "Val d'Europe" with its 28 restaurants, 140 shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and Auchan supermarket. Also close to "Valley Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".

Top locatie voor disney en Parijs op chique plek.

De woning is superleuk ingericht, vooral de slaapkamers zijn een beetje brocante-achtig. De plek van de woning vonden wij heel origineel en bijna chique, heel apart! Disney 1 halte met de trein of iets langer met de bus. In een half uurtje in Parijs. Heerlijke bakker op de hoek van de straat en winkelen tot je erbij neervalt op loopafstand.

Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie und Freunden dort. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Küchen-und Raumaustattung top. Lediglich die Sauberkeit ist noch etwas verbesserungswürdig. Aber eins ist sicher : wir kommen wieder!

Great townhome. Close to Disney

We are a family with 7 kids visiting Disney from the US. This townhome was great. About a mile walk to Disney. Or there is a shuttle really close you can take instead. The home was very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. The only issue someone might have is the stairs. There are lot of stairs and they are winding, steep and narrow. If you have young children or trouble with stairs this would not be the right rental for you. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Terrific property in great location!!!

This was a great property in a really great location. It is relatively new and is exactly as the pictures show. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The property is either a 15 minute walk from Disneyland Paris or you can catch the free shuttle bus from the hotel just down the road. It is also within 5 mins walk of a huge shopping mall and attached discount outlet shopping village. The train station was 10 mins walk away and the train from there into the centre of Paris was about 40 mins. Would highly recommend for a large family or two smaller families travelling together

opmerking:waar we het afval moesten laten was onvindbaar.Konden we in de kelder niet vinden. Het afzetten van de verwarming bij vertrek was niet goed aangegevenen en dus niet mogelijk
