- a large room of 100m2 including a dining area with access to the pool terrace (capacity 12 people), a lounge area with flat screen satellite TV and an open kitchen (refrigerator with water dispenser and ice cubes) , microwave, convection oven, steam oven, stove, classic coffee maker and Senseo) with dining area for 6 people
- a storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer
- toilets with washbasin

Lovely villa near St. Tropez

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The villa is spacious and very cute -- typical Provance! Lots of dishes, cutlery and other kitchen equipment to make meals. Owners are easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa in Grimaund only a short drive from St Tropez

Une oasis de paix et de nature

La propriété (très bien équipée) avec un joli jardin est située près de la forêt (dans le calme), dans un quartier résidentiel fermé, mais à distance de marche de la mer.

Amazing villa for a perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely villa! Amazing villa, with a large pool and beautiful outdoor area. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. All four bedrooms had a good size bed (2 person bed) and working air conditioning. The house owner was very friendly and always responded quick to my questions. We had high expectation of the house but it was even better than expected and hope to come back next year!
