Patio: Grill and Patio Setting. Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms (2 Bedrooms w/walk in closets), 2 Full Bathrooms and Laundry. 3 Queen beds, 2 twins(hide a bed and dover chair) and pack n play. Sleeps 8 comfortably. (Can use sectional couch for additional if needed). Walking distance to Convenience Store (Short Stop) and Hyrum Dam. Grocery Store and Restaurants just up the street. Book provided with all the close and great businesses available. Clean fresh country air. Quiet neighborhood. Great for friends or family or just a couple getaway!

Nice place to enjoy the area.

Stayed with friends for a bike ride in Logan. The condo was clean, well stocked, and quiet. Would stay again.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our 2 plus week stay at this property. Nicely furnished with a number of thoughtful extras. Convenient to our family in the area but also easy to get to and from Logan, etc.

I have rented quite a few houses in the past and Kim was definitely the best owner I have worked with. She responded quickly and was very accommodating. The place was great, well stocked and exactly as advertised. If I am back in the area I'd definitely rent again.

Family reunion at Hyrum State Park

This property was just what we needed. Extra supplies were available. The hosts were quick to respond and provided plenty of information about what was available in the surrounding area. This was just around the corner from the lake and was perfect!

Thanksgiving stay

This townhome worked great and was very comfortable for our family of four adults, 3 children and a baby. The townhome was conveniently located to our family we had Thanksgiving with. The kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to prepare dishes . Jerry and Kim have thought of everything to make This home very welcoming and comfortable

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Having stayed in the area many times over the past couple of years while visiting family, I can say that this was our favorite stay! Lovely townhome - extremely clean and well-appointed. We appreciated that the owner even thought to leave bottled water - which we always seem to forget! The baked goods that were left for us were a pleasant surprise and helped us feel welcome and at home. Looking forward to returning!

Wonderful place to stay!

We just loved our stay at Kim’s townhome. It was perfect for us over Christmas week, we were able to have family in the area over for Christmas Day (the giant poinsettia was our tree) with plenty of room. The owner, Kim, was very responsive and answered all my questions. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and super clean. It was the perfect launching point for winter activities. We just loved it!!

Beautiful home and perfect location!

This home is very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is full size and has everything you need for cooking meals. The 3 bedrooms have very comfortable beds with plenty of space and are very nicely decorated. There is a small patio out back with a grill and a small table and chairs for relaxing and a small grass area. We had 4 adults and 2 small children in our group and this home was perfect for us. Kim was very nice to work with and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Logan Utah Area

preston Idaho Motorcycle race.

This is on me but I didn’t mention I had a trailer and there is limited space for trailer parking or larger vehicles like trucks. The garage is for smaller vehicles and one at best. The house was very clean, they even had some fresh bread,jam and a pumpkin cake which were all good. I would recommend this place to others
