Main Floor: Large Kitchen, Great Room (with Smart TV) and Half bath, access to 2 Car Garage. Seating enough for 9 at the table and bar. Large comfy sectional and chair in great room. Patio: Grill and Patio Setting. Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms (2 Bedrooms w/walk in closets), 2 Full Bathrooms and Laundry. 3 Queen beds, 2 twins(hide a bed and dover chair) and pack n play. Sleeps 8 comfortably. (Can use sectional couch for additional if needed). Walking distance to Convenience Store (Short Stop) and Hyrum Dam. Grocery Store and Restaurants just up the street. Book provided with all the close and great businesses available. Clean fresh country air. Quiet neighborhood. Great for friends or family or just a couple getaway!
Stay here for all of the amazing Cache Valley Events: Marathons (Ragnar, Top of Utah, MS, Little Red, Jotoja, etc.) Festival of American West, Summer Fest, Cache County Fair, Utah State University (business meetings, graduation, sports), Company Business meetings/workouts, Transition Changes to new jobs, Art Walk, Logan firework show, Skiing at Beaver Mountain/Cherry Peak(summer concerts), Bear Lake, family reunions, snowboarding, hiking, Hyrum Dam, Porcupine Dam, Scenic Byway, Blacksmith Fork Canyon, See the Elk and so much more!

Wonderful Townhouse in Hyrum, Utah

We had a fabulous time in renting this property. The check in process went smoothly, Kim was a delight to work with and agreed to a late checkout to accommodate our travel plans, the baked goods Kim left for us were a marvelous treat and the entire property was spotless and well appointed.
