appartement bien situé mais problème de gestion de l'accueil
Appartement assez bien situé, calme et fonctionnel. Par contre, on a eu le logement beaucoup plus tard que l'heure prévue et le ménage n'était pas fait. Personne pour nous accueillir.

Vous étiez informé de la passation des clefs par un système de boitier puisque nous devions nous absenter de manière exceptionnelle. La personne précédente s'est organisée pour que vous puissiez laisser vos bagages plus tôt, malheureusement n'a pas respecté ses engagements de départ. Nous vous comprenons, néanmoins nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas pu vous adapter à cette situation exceptionnelle malgré notre communication avec vous.
