INDEPENDENT APARTMENT IN A FARMHOUSE CONSISTS OF FOUR UNIT, COMPOSED OF A KITCHEN LIVING ROOM, TWO BEDROOMS A BATHROOM WITH BATH AND SHOWER USE A PRIVATE VERANDA WITH TABLE. THE POOL IN COMMON (8X4) ..... WITH TWO RELAX SPACES WITH ARMCHAIRS AND SOFAS. MINIMUM STAY 7 DAYS ..... FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER WE ACCEPT ONLY STAYS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ... THE APARTMENT IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITH EXTERNAL ACCESS AND PRIVATE COVERED VERANDA. It is composed of a complete living room kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower use, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with three single beds.
Outside there is an area with tables and bbq and two other relaxation areas near the pool. The parking has a covered parking space. The laundry room is shared with other guests. FREE WIFI INTERNET.
Its special location makes it easy to reach
different cities such as Urbino, Gubbio etc. or gastronomic places of considerable importance as Acqualagna. The place is ideal for rest periods from work stress and citizen.
Outside there is an area with tables and bbq and two other relaxation areas near the pool. The parking has a covered parking space. The laundry room is shared with other guests. FREE WIFI INTERNET.
