Newly updated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house in the beautiful and conveniently located University Heights neighborhood. This neighborhood was originally established by NAU professors and each hilly, heavily treed street was named after a former professor. Our Flagstaff Hideaway is a perfect escape. The primary bedroom suite makes up the entire second floor, providing privacy and quiet. You'll sleep peacefully on a new, King sized memory foam mattress. The bedroom suite includes a large jetted tub to help you unwind and relax. The three other bedrooms each have new, Queen sized memory foam mattresses. Calm, soothing, minimalist decor throughout. Large, fenced back yard full of gorgeous, mature Pine trees, flowers, large grassy area, tranquil Koi pond, swing chair and tree hammocks. Gas firepit with seating for six, a table with umbrella and seating for 4. Patio includes comfortable sectional couch seating area and coffee table...perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Great room, living area includes comfy seating, gas fireplace and 65 inch TV (just sign in with your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime Video account info). Large dining table seats up to 10 and kitchen island seats an additional 2 people. Kitchen is well appointed so you can enjoy some home cooked meals, if desired.

Hello. We're Rebecca and Corey. We both grew up in Scottsdale but fell in love with Flagstaff as students at NAU years ago. We hope you'll come stay our Flagstaff hideaway. We had so much fun putting this house together, making it as zen-like and peaceful as possible. We hope you enjoy our sanctuary as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Flagstaff has always had a special place in our hearts. We've gone up to enjoy skiing and snowboarding every winter and escaping the Phoenix heat every summer for basically our entire lives and we have so many happy memories here. Flagstaff is a cool, little college town, set in the mountains at 7000 ft in elevation. Flagstaff is home to Humphrey's Peak, the highest peak in Arizona at 12,635 ft. in elevation. Flagstaff's adorable downtown features unique restaurants, bars and shopping. We hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
Comfortable, modern, minimalist decor, soothing neutral colors, fresh, soft, white bedding and a generous supply of bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Tranquil koi pond and huge fenced yard. This home is a perfect getaway from the Phoenix area, just a two hour drive and usually around 20 degrees cooler. Enjoy AZ Snowbowl, just 15 miles away, for skiing or snowboarding in the winter and for hiking and a ride on the ski lift, enjoying the view in the warmer months. Downtown Flagstaff is just 3 miles away and packed with awesome restaurants, bars and unique shops. This property is just minutes away from Northern Arizona University.
