With its beautiful sea view, this 90 m2 independent F3 accommodation located on the ground floor of a villa with access to the private swimming pool has been completely renovated in a cozy and welcoming style.
You will enjoy a relaxing or sporting and most exotic stay in Corsica with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.

Close to all shops, all leisure activities and restaurants, cinema and nightclubs.
Villa in a quiet, tree-filled residence.

Functional interior, air conditioned and pleasant to live with its open and fully equipped kitchen (Oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine) overlooking a spacious living room with sofa convertible, TV, coffee table and buffet.
The 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm double bed and have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

The apartment opens onto a terrace covered with a pergola, then onto the swimming pool of the fully secure villa with its mobile terrace and finally onto the garden with its pétanque court.
Pool house fully equipped to prepare good barbecues and accessible gym.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de deux semaines.L'appartement est bien situé, très spacieux, joliment décoré, fonctionnel et bien équipé.La proximité avec les propriétaires et l'autre logement locatif n'est pas du tout gênant.La piscine est vraiment appréciable.Gaelle et sa famille son des hôtes très sympathiques.Et vous ne serez pas dessus par la vue magnifique et les beaux couchers de soleil !

Tout est fidèles aux photos. Gaelle propriétaire des lieux a su nous faire sentir comme 'chez nous. Linge, serviettes, fer à repasser, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche cheveux etc etc. Design de qualité. Piscine et vue magnifique et Porticcio et sa plage d argent finiront par vous rendre amoureux. MERCI.

Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibung und den Fotos Super war der Pool mit den Pool insbesondere mit den Pool-Spielsachen für die Kinder. Alles war super sauber ! Die Gastegeber sind sehr nett. Schön ist der Blick. Das Haus befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen Straße- gegen Abend nimmt der Verkehr stark ab. Ingesamt nicht allzu störend- aber absolute Ruhesuchende sind hier falsch

Toller Urlaub in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und in einem sehr guten Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieter Gäelle und Paul sind sehr nett und kümmern sich engagiert um Ihre Gäste. Der Pool ist super und wurde von unseren Jungs gerne genutzt. Und der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Ajaccio ist fantastisch. Es gibt in der Umgebung zahlreiche schöne Badestrände und auch Ausflüge in die Berge sind problemlos zu machen. Wir sind absolut begeistert und können die Ferienwohnung unbedingt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Gäelle und Paul für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften.

Superbe séjour dans une propriété magnifique !

Nous avons séjourné pendant 1 semaine dans un appartement très agréable, à la fois moderne, fonctionnel, lumineux et avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les extérieurs ( terrasse, BBQ, piscine, équipements sportifs... ) sont également très appréciés ! Quant aux propriétaires, Gaëlle et Paul ainsi que leur famille, ils sont vraiment aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes et ce fut une très belle rencontre ! Nous recommandons vivement :-)

Accueil sympathique. Appartement neuf et propre. Nombreux équipements agréables dont la piscine et le terrain de pétanque. Proximité des plus belles plages d'Ajaccio et nombreux commerces à proximités. Et le top : depuis la terrasse... une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un super couché de soleil au levé de la nuit.
