Easy to work with, needs to be updated, nice neighborhood

Property manager was easy to work with. We had a problem with the shower and they got someone out to fix it quickly. But if the house had some updates done the problem most likely never would have been a problem at all.

New Years Eve Ski Trip

The property was located 1.5 miles from the Village. Easy check in process. Property is in a quiet area. The property had a few broken items one of which we were informed on our way up to the property. It was missing the keys to the hot tub so we had no access. The balcony could use a little organizing/sweeping to be utilized a little better. Overall the description of what is available and what is needed is completely accurate. Thanks for our stay we had a great New Year!

Not clean and full of bugs

Although there were three adults staying at the property, which had one room for each, an entire bedroom and bathroom were unusable due to ants and spiders all over the bed and sink. We had to buy Raid to spray the affected areas, including kitchen, downstairs bathroom and closets. On top of that, we found old chips under the coffee table so the property was clearly not thoroughly cleaned between stays.

We can and will address the issue once notified to us, Unfortunately you didn’t report to us related to improper cleaning in the home as we are having a cleaning staff who goes to the property and fixes the issue. WE have stayed in this condo complex in the past, but this unit has been updated and was much nicer than our previous stays. We were originally scheduled for April. but Covid got n the way. Destination Big Bear worked with us to reschedule our weekend.

Property is great, but...

So the property itself is very nice and updated. It would be nice if there was another couch or loveseat in the living room, there’s not quite enough seating for six when lounging. Lights in the upstairs guest bedroom don’t work. I couldn’t find the pool key, and didn’t hear back from the property management company in time to get to use the pool. Ok that note the property management company was pretty slow to respond to everything, and not really organized. While I like the home, I don’t think we’ll come back and that’s mostly due to Problems with management.
