Just a stroll away from the lake, marina, Boulder Bay Park, and scenic hiking trails, this spacious 1300+ sq ft home is the perfect base for your mountain adventures. A short drive takes you to all that Big Bear has to offer, including the Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, and the Convention Center.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining area, a smart TV, a wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Unwind in the cozy atmosphere created by a crackling fire after a day of exploration while you gather with loved ones in this mountain home.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The upstairs bedroom suite has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. The downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots/pans and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy modern amenities like smart TVs, streaming apps, and fast WiFi throughout the property. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace or take advantage of the convenient laundry area with a side-by-side washer/dryer.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was clean, the cabin was absolutely lovely, towels and mini toiletries were set up nicely! It was a huge bummer that there was no snow and no water in the jacuzzi to use but overall was a great stay

Long wait for check in, nice stay

While there was a 30 min wait to check in, the stay was nice and as expected. Comfortable space, well appointed.

No view of lake, dirty and sticky inside, propane grill doesn’t function

We’ve rented out cabins from cool cabins before and this is the first time we walk in and the floors are very dusty and everything was sticky. The condition of the couches was horrible. We didn’t want our children touching anything in there at all. Just when we said well let’s hang out on the back porch and grill the meat that we brought, we come to find that the grill didn’t work. We ended up buying more food in big bear doubling up our expenses. Not our best experience

Good size condo

We had a great time staying here. Good size house clean. Bedding clean. Your in the woods So cobwebs were on the ceiling. I would go back. Cool cabins answered anything we asked. Big Bear has lots to do for teens.

Great weekend getaway!

My family and I had a perfect little getaway weekend! We stayed at the Brown Bear's Den Condo. It was a nice, quiet, relaxing retreat. The cabin was clean, cozy, it just felt like home. It was a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. My husband I slept in the master bedroom, the bed was a queen, and was very comfortable. My aunt and her husband slept in the second room, which had a full. My other aunt and grandfather slept in the 3rd room which had bunk beds. And my mom slept on the pull out bed in the living room. The cabin had all the necessities we needed, like plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans. There was a TV in every room and wifi. The heating system worked great, especially in 17 degree weather. It was about 10 minutes away from all the shopping and restaurants. There were a lot of nearby areas where we can enjoy all the snow. We ate at the Hacienda Grill, delicious authentic Mexican food. We all enjoyed the cabin very much. I would definitely recommend Big Bear Cool Cabins, great price, great cabin, awesome customer service, what more could you ask for?! Reservation # 321341

Very nice and cozy and clean

Spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated, this condo suited our needs perfectly. Bed was very comfy and the shower was nice and powerful. Wish we'd had a longer stay to enjoy the condo and the property, but we were only there one night. Very grateful to have the laundry room!
